I chose this bank because the week earlier I'd been in to cash a check someone had written me and the clerks helping me were genuinely nice and helpful, so after my other bank screwed me again I made sure to go back!! In fact, his answer to my question was something similar to "well, the answer is going to be no regardless" when asked about auto loans and refinancing. Your employee never once attempted to offer help or assistance, just a simple NO. This is ridiculous. Even if there was no way to help with our situation, why could he not provide further insight or even a direction of what we could try next? At one point during our conversation, your employee looked back at his manager who shouted from her desk "we don't do that anymore". Awesome... In the near future, I will be closing my account and relocating my finances elsewhere. The poor customer service provided by this branch was a clear reminder that I do not matter. Thank you.

I wish I could give this place zero stars…read more This is the third day in a row I've come here trying to open a bank account so I can pay rent via bank transfer, which my landlord requested because he's moving out of state. I show up around 9:30am, about 30 minutes after they open, and there's already a long line every single time. Day one: they made an appointment for me and told me I was next, but said it was taking a while and that I could go home and they'd call me back in. Surprise surprise... they never called. I came back around 4pm and was told the girl who opens accounts had already left for the day. Day two: basically the same mess. They said they were really busy and tried to send me home again. I told them I'd stay and waited over an hour. Then they told me I was next and if I wanted to grab food, they'd call me back when they were ready for me. I made it clear I was stepping out and to call me. They never did. When I came back, the lobby was full again, so I waited with everyone else. She only helped two people out of a group of five, then announced she needed to go home because she was off the clock. So once again, nothing got done. Now it's day three, and they're already trying to send me home again saying they're too busy -- 20 minutes after opening. There's clearly only one person working the counter at all times, the attitude is bad, and calling them is pointless because they never answer the phone. If you call more than once, they'll forward your call somewhere else. This place is a complete joke and an embarrassment to Bank of America. It should not take three days to open a basic bank account and still fail. I came here because most of my family banks with BofA, but after this experience I'm done. I'm going to Wells Fargo next door instead. At least they seem to understand how a bank is supposed to work. Don't waste your time here.
