In January of 2022 we received another notice. Again, reached out to Connie who told us that she filed the amended return and that she would mail me a copy of which I NEVER RECEIVED. I filed my 2021 taxes and received a refund that was significantly less like $3500 less!!! Mind you this was taken straight out of my taxes of which I definitely needed! Contacted Connie no answer, left messages with the receptionist, ask for a return call, NOTHING NO RESPONSES!!!!! My ex attempted to contact her with no responses! Ive checked the IRS website which states that they have not received an amended return....its August...6months has passed!!!!! I had no choice but to file a complaint with the BBB!!!

What can be said is when an issue developed because of a billing error by escrow account from the home at no fault of them or myself, that's when the TRUE customer service of this place emerged! There is NONE....period! Say they will call you back or it's been taken care of is a understatement of what they ( Denise & Travis ) in the office will tell you. Never called back, never got something "taken care of" as described and one of the worst experiences i have ever had! Talked to Tom personally and he said i still owed the money and did pay it knowing that this will be put on here every day! Spend more than the $200 on dinner sometimes, but the point of the matter is most relevant!
