They are excellent at explaining the sometimes confusing ins and outs of insurance. Dan set up my initial policy a yr ago and was excellent. At my yr review I sat down with the owner, Julie, and was very impressed. She took a lot of time with me reviewing my homeowners, umbrella, and auto policies for any ways to save money or for important things I may want to add tailored to my life. Whether you have Allstate or not I highly suggest sitting down with this office for even an estimate. They will do everything to get you the best price for the best coverage. PS the homeowners policy was HALF the price of all other companies while still being well covered, which is why my mortgage co steered me in their direction!

It was the first time I had ever had to make a claim, and I was so glad that I had State Farm! I had plenty of things to deal with; State Farm made sure that insurance wasn't one of them. Here we are again, some twenty years later, and our beautiful home is covered by State Farm. When a tree fell on it, I called my agent, John Schnitzler, and they helped me from the moment I called that first day, all the way through until the completion of the project! I wasn't sure what contractor to call, so Jessica, his amazing and extraordinary assistant, was happy to help me with some referrals. And she was so helpful all the way throughout the process whenever I had any question--I felt like I had a true friend helping me along! The contractors that I worked with stated their appreciation in being able to work with State Farm, too. They said that out of all of the insurance companies possible, State Farm is the by far the best one because they truly take care of their customers. Other companies, they said, are more likely to nitpick over every little charge. State Farm wants to do the right thing for its customers!
