Staff was inappropriate with me. Don't go here if you don't want to be called "baby" or "sweetie" multiple times by middle aged men.

While their outdoor space is an excellent feature during warmer weather, I wanted to highlight their winter weekend offerings, which involve various food pairings offered in their cute indoor space (by reservation only!!) My most recent experience was their Wine and Cheese Pairing, which is featured every January. Each year, they curate a combination of local cheese and either honey/jam to pair with their wines, and every year, it's a hit. My favorite pairing this year involved their Pinot Rose, a delicious cheddar, and an orange ginger honey that was absolutely delightful. I also particularly enjoy their wine and cupcake pairing offered every March in partnership with Dia Doce cupcakes --- a highlight of every spring.

Lovely variety that went from moderate to dry with a mix of white, rose, and red. The view is nice, lots of families, even a hay bale maze for kids, and food trucks were available on the premises.

The proprietor is a true wine aficionado, knows her business, and travels the world to bring back wines that you simply wont find anywhere else. She literally tatses every bottle. On Saturdays she offeres a wine and cheese tasting - it was fantabulisitc!! White port? who knew? She understands and seeks out value in wine, and encourages her patrons to try new and different wines. Her "wine of the month" selection offers a case of wine for $100 - a fantastic value that also will surprise you with both the quality and diversity available at that price point. Add to that a relationship with Buckley's tavern next door that allows you to pick a wine and it can be served with your meal for a modest $5 corkage fee. We had a wonderful spanish wine i've never seen before at $28 a bottle with corkage that was earthy, rich, and big. If you love wine, go. now. you won't be disappointed.

Want to learn more about wines? They have tasting classes! Want to try a great wine? Come in on a Saturday and sample what's opened. You will not be disappointed! Like Port? Go somewhere else cause the Port here is mine all mine! Just kidding but seriously- their Port selection is small but exquisite! Want to learn more but don't have time for a class? Talk to Linda: her knowledge is beyond reproach, and she is always willing to pass on her knowledge. I've seen a couple of negative reviews and will caution you: I've never felt small, slighted or less of a person going here. A gem off the beaten path

When I arrived, I was the only one there and I knew they were getting ready for a private event in just over an hour. I selected the 2023 carbonic Cabernet Franc, which was a great value at only $10 and I really enjoyed it. It won a sommelier's award as a top 10 Pennsylvania wine. The winery is very cozy with multiple rooms. I sat in a comfortable leather couch and thumbed through a wine book that was on the table while I enjoyed my wine. Employees were friendly and remained busy on work related tasks.

Our tour guide, Melanie, was amazing....super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the visit really enjoyable. The wines, however, were just okay in our opinion. We went through the full lineup with paired treats: Fall Sangria Spritz, The White Standard with Old Bay Kettle Corn, Dry Rosé with Hop & Spicy Cheese Curds, Harbinger with a churro cookie, Good Vibes Only with chocolate hazelnut, and Spiced Apple with a pumpkin spice cake pop. The pairings were cute and seasonal, but the wines themselves didn't wow us. Overall, a fun outing for the atmosphere and the event, but the wines didn't quite live up to the hype. But we did hear of some possible paranormal activity going on...that might bring us back! Overall the experience was fun, but we aren't quite sure if we would return.

There is a newly enclosed sunroom area connected by glass doors that can be positioned opened into the banquet room. This area was ideal for our flower bar which looked spectacular. We loved the food and received numerous compliments from guests - many of whom helped themselves to seconds! We opted for The Gables plated salad, brunch buffet and added a crab cake station. Literally everything was delicious, which is often hard to accomplish in a buffet setting. Our event host Cathy was kind and very accommodating as she worked with me during the course of planning the event, as well as the day of. Her staff was equally kind and attentive during the event. My daughter said her day was "perfect" which says it all!

I seldom chose pasta and somehow the description with corn and lobster and the soothing sauce just made me feel so relaxed. I felt like I was home eating such wonderful comfort food. Love! Everything tasted well tended to. Pleasing Textures. I felt like I was home. A taste of home. I tasted my bff's choice. The pork. I felt like I jumped on an international flight to Italy and enjoyed such exceedingly full bodied, flavorful pork ribeye dish. . I cherish each mouthful. I delight in their use of micro greens visually and as sustenance. (Equally how they basil!) Thank you , Chef. I so appreciate such wonderful treasures from the herb garden. Exciting! Chef Joshua came around to each table to check on all the guests . And it absolutely was a thrill to meet him since he is responsible for nourishing our tummies tonight. A job well done and I would love to come back and try whatever the specials are here again!! Our server was attentive. The iced tea was fresh and delicious with a beautiful amber color. I enjoyed the ambience in this restaurant. Not a giant menu, which is great because they tend to the food items with great care. Everything looked as good as it tasted .
