The men that came out to look at it were the same men who installed it! It took well over a year arguing with them to fix my floor. They claimed I needed a new subfloor and were going to charge me over $5000 to put one it and redo my floor! What a joke! I didn't even need a new subfloor, it was an installation issue. They did give me replacement flooring and made us sign a paper saying we were done with them. We had a friend redo it and its great now. I'll never go back to them!

I'm torn by this review because the installation of the product was professional and it turned out beautifully. It did take quite awhile for them to come to install, but that was understandable due to the high volume of need in my area. The problem I have with the business is that I sent several remnants of carpet with them to have rugs made for my home, and it has been 8 months and I have not gotten the rugs. I have made several calls to the business and was assured that progress was being made. The business has never contacted me in the 8 months. I even left a message asking them just to let me know if the remnants had been lost and there was no reply. The carpet was very expensive and had I known this would be the situation I would have gone with the company I originally purchased the carpet from. This is unfortunate as I really enjoyed working with Matt and his crew.

We had to fabricate wood to make the slabs fit for them. The layout called for a continuous slab. The layout person apparently was not experienced enough. I picked a granite for the counters (so I didn't detract from my showpiece of the Michelangelo Quartzite) but when they came and measured they did not have enough so they found me several other options to choose from. When I was not thrilled with those options (I was kinda picky) we finally managed to find a slap of what I had previously picked then we had to wait for it to be delivered to them then to add more to their plate I added backsplash then took it off then added it back...now it is all installed and it is just amazing!!!
