They said I needed to replace the windshield washer pump which would have costed hundreds of dollars. I brought my car here and they took a look and immediately after opening my hood said that was not true by showing me the motor was still running. Every time I go to Honda to get oil change, Honda says I need other services. I recently went to Honda dealership the other day for wheel alignment. They say I need to replace my rear brake pads. Which sounds about right because last time I replaced them was 3 years ago. Honda wanted to charge $399 to replace rear brake pads and resurface the rotors. I didn't bother to ask how much to get new rotors because I know they will add at least another $700 base on my previous experience with them. I call Auto City and he quoted me $400 for brakes and brand new rotors. Services I had here over the years: replace spark plugs, replace transmission oil, replace brake oil, replace coolant, replace drive belt, replace brakes and rotors, replace front wheel axle, check AC for freon leaks, and recharge the freon.

Been coming here for over 10 years with company vehicles and my last oil change scheduled for 1 PM was not completed till going on 4PM which I was waiting for at the time. No bargain on prices. In fact, I now live 40 minutes away and still bring my car to them. (That alone should say something!) Most recently, we brought my husband's car there because it kept randomly shutting off. We were also due for an oil change, and since we live up north, they did it it all in one day so we could get it home. It was definitely a relief having it fixed and back so soon! Just this week, they took care of my parents' Taurus by finding what was causing a weird sound under the hood. Thankfully, it was just a belt- and my parents were relieved to know it was nothing major. They do honest work and always stand behind it. They're also extremely accommodating, so it's always easy to schedule oil changes and bring the car in for service. Their mechanic, Roman, is very thorough when he does work, so you always know it's a job well done. They're also excellent at diagnosing and troubleshooting problems, so repairs/service are always done in a reasonable amount of time. We're never left hanging, because Jim (the owner), always keeps us in the loop and tells us what to expect. Their prices are extremely reasonable as well. The owner, Jim, is a stand-up gentleman and as said before, stands behind his work. He runs a good business and exceptional shop, so I highly recommend that everyone in the area brings their cars to Lee Myles of Hazlet!
