They were slow in responding and when they did it was extremely informal as if we were friends. There is no explanation why a professional should be responding to an inquiry with "u" "dunno" "r". 2. The agent's slow turn around time created a domino effect for my other scheduled apartment viewings. After inquiring about Monday on Thursday, I was notified on Friday that Monday did not work well for them. This is after rescheduling a previously booked viewing. In the end, my roommate and I decided not to move forward with viewing the apartment. I understand why apartment hunters pay realtors now, however, if a realtor is incapable of being a professional at ALL times with ALL clients, then they shouldn't have a job whether they receive a commission or not.
