My first initial contact to them was 12/29/2025. I spoke to a woman and can't remember her name, but I was told someone would contact me. The last call I made was in March and just like the other times, they took all of my information and said someone would reach out to me. Although they seem polite on the phone, it's the communication that's an issue.
