There is constant noise, and the surrounding environment feels unsafe due to criminal activity. Packages and deliveries are frequently lost or stolen if they are not collected immediately. Human feces have been found in the hallways, the stairwells are extremely dirty and unsanitary, and the elevator is often out of service or malfunctioning. These conditions create serious health and safety concerns for all residents and require immediate attention and corrective action.
