There is a tiny lot behind the house, but there was only one other car there so we were able to park without issue. (Not sure where you would park if there were more than 2-3 cars..street parking a couple of blocks away? Won't be a problem while businesses are limiting capacity due to COVID though.) Our room was simple but clean. Didn't notice any hooks or places to put our clothes so we just placed them on a counter near the separate fridge-but-for-hot-things (It looked like a mini-fridge but I'm pretty sure the hot towels/coals were stored there, haha). Jamie and Sammy were our masseuses, and they asked us the pressure level before they beginning. The boyfriend wanted deep tissue, and I went with medium pressure. Next time, I will probably ask for deep tissue for my upper/lower back, but medium pressure was perfect for my legs and arms. They really stretched out our muscles and massaged areas I didn't even know were sore! My boyfriend proclaimed this was his favorite massage he's gotten. Sammy pinpoint all his knots and targeted all his sore spots. If I had to be nitpicky, I would say that in the beginning of the massage the phone rang several times (like at least 4 times in a row), and even with the doors closed and the background spa music it was audible. Perhaps if there was a way for their phone system to automatically go to voicemail or be silenced if there is no one at the front desk, that would have elevated the overall experience. Prices are pretty reasonable, perhaps a little higher than I can afford to come back regularly but worth it! We'll return.

I believe this was to reduce the exposure to different clientele, masseuse, and aesthetician during COVID-19. Aromatherapy Facial (1 hour): No extraction is included this facial. I feel like the same 4 products were used 3-4X in this 1-hour facial. How do I know? One of the products was quite irritating to my face.... a very slow burn every time it was applied. I would not do this again. Ultimate/Petite Retreat Signature Massage (1.5 hours): It seems 1.5 hours was equally spread out with 3 sections - back, legs, then upper. Some parts were decent without much pressure. I've experienced better body massages, but I give credit that I was about to fall asleep at the end. It was halfway of this massage when the hot stones were placed. There are 2-3 different essential oils used for aromatherapy. Extra $30 for CBD incorporation. The experience was what you would hope for in a therapeutic massage--quiet music in the background, care for your modesty, and most important of all, really good hands. Incidentally, this is a therapeutic massage, so if you are looking for something else, go somewhere else. Kimberly was very professional throughout. I have no experience with Kimberly's business partner, so I cannot speak to her abilities. That said, I can highly recommend My Massage Lady. The work Kimberly does is very good, and the price is unbeatable. I am used to paying $1 per minute for massage, and she substantially undercuts that rate, at least for now. And in all events, those getting the massages were very happy with the Massage Therapists that were providing the chair massages. The team sets up their chairs, a table with information, and does their best to set the mood in any space. They dimmed the lighting and turned on music to drown out all other sounds.
