I recently turned 40 and because of my workouts at Urban Jungle I have no mobility issues; the creakyness I was starting to get is gone! Had the chance to "let" my 12 year old Monster-in-the-making secure submissions on his old man (me) at a 3 to 1 ratio (in his favor lol). It is pretty well known that BJJ just plain works. P.S.: I said "let" only because I agreed to get on the mat with him... I didn't "allow" him to get a submission until we had been at it (rolling) for about 20 min... and that was after five min of stretching and ten minutes of informal drills. He finally wore me out toward the end and got his last one (of 3, after I basically gave up, gassed out (yes I need to take better care of myself), but he got the first two righteously. BTW I weigh 218 he weighs 138. Great sport/martial art, great place to learn it. Thanks team!
