The classes are not that big, about ~15 people, and an instructor leads everyone through the circuits, keeping track of the time and keeping everyone motivated. The instructors are great. It is a very positive environment. The other nice thing is that each day has a slightly different focus on parts of the body, etc. The other thing is that every few weeks or months, they change up the exercises for each day so your body doesn't get too accustomed to the routine. All you have to do is show up, ready to rock, and they literally take care of the rest. Oh and parking is right out front, so you can get in and out of there quickly.

The screens are a good amount of large monitors on the wall for beginners to look at if it's your first time. They make it really easy for anyone that is new to pick up the exercises quickly. I'll be back again if I want to get a good workout!

I ~think~ all F45 locations do the same workout on the same days. You can google the workouts before hand to see if they are more strength or cardio based. Each move is directed by TV screens. Who the coach is doesn't really matter. The coach will provide adjustments and direction should you need it. The one thing I don't like about F45 is that you are put in groups (this part is really not that big of a deal and is actually kind of nice), but if you and your group members all use the same weights there aren't a ton of other options/duplicate weights. Someone will either have to grab higher or lower weights than what they want.

BUT now that I am here I do not care to try to go to a Ninja Warrior Gym. This place is more practical and will eventually translate better to real life. All the coaches are amazing and friendly. I would have never thought I would be the type of person that would enjoy Parkour but after going signing up for the free intro lesson its been amazing and I've made progress in general beginner Parkour skills plus mobility and they even have beginner acro to start learning the basic stuff to eventually do flips. 10000000000 times recommend this place. I love Basecamp! I started via a free trial thanks to Yelp and never left! The classes vary, but…read morefor the most part, you do 60 seconds on the bike, get 10 seconds to migrate to the floor to do 60 seconds of floor work (barbells, dumbells, TRX bands, Bosu balls, etc depending on the day/round) and then 10 seconds to migrate back to the bike for another 60 seconds. Occasionally you may do 90 seconds bike/floor and longer switch periods pr 40 seconds on bike/floor. It may sound intimidating at first, but the exercise you need to be doing are displayed and demo'd on TV screens and the coaches also gives you tons of pointers. In addition, you get to determine how hard you go. Even though they have set schedules for upper body, lower body, full body and cardio throughout the week, the classes are different each week so you are always doing something new. Also, the music playlists are They also have fun challenges such as Claim Your Mile, where you try to achieve certain miles on the bike and each mile you ride gets a donation for specific charities or groups. They also have classes that are hosted at local businesses instead of the gym for a change of scenery/pace and allows you to connect with a new business. The best part about Basecamp, however, is the staff and coaches. Everyone is SUPER friendly and I love getting to chat with them. I've always like exercising, but I've never loved it. I started here thanks to a free trial with Yelp and I've now taken 100+ classes! This workout can be adjusted for anyone. There's a competitive energy, but not TOO competitive. If you have an injury, let the coach know and they will give you an alternative. Personally, I'm not into jumping on the big boxes, and sometimes I'd rather do my push ups at the TRX bands instead of the ground. The coaches are all great, the front desk staff is amazing, and parking is usually very easy. Yep, my priorities are a workout that I enjoy, but also one that I can sign up for a half hour before it begins and jet on over.
