Tim is an amazing coach who motivates you to do and be better! His energy is as intense as the workouts! Classes start at 5am everyday. Boxing is incorporated into Tuesday and Thursday classes. Each class is different which keeps things diverse, avoiding boredom. Classes are group workouts so you have fellow gym goers supporting and motivating you. DONT GO TO F45 DARDENNE PRAIRE SOUTH…read more I shouldn't have to be a little keyboard warrior about this but I'm not getting heard any other way. About a year and a half ago I bought a year membership with F45 Dardenne prairie south location. In July of 2023 I called to cancel with the owner Greg. He assured me this was no problem and that my account would be canceled. Come August I was charged again. When I called Greg he said he had no recollection of me calling and that he usually says he has people email and then cancels 30 days from that. I reluctantly agreed and sent an email. October, November and December have come around and I have gotten charged for all of these months. I have tried to call and email multiple times and have sometimes gotten an answer from Greg Cenatiempo saying he would work on it. He currently owes me 556 dollars. Now being more vocal about it I have heard that this location and his rock hill location have this problem frequently and that I shouldn't expect to get my money back because when he has to refund people he gets charged $25. I didn't want to post on the internet but it seems I won't be heard any other way. I have messaged other managers saying that Greg is the one who deals with memberships. All I want is my account canceled and my money refunded. I have email receipts to prove all my communications with the f45 email and absolutely no response. DO NOT GO TO THE F45 DARDENNE PRAIRE SOUTH LOCATION.
