Instead of making members feel welcome or addressing concerns respectfully, they came across as indifferent and unhelpful. I was able to get my CCW license faster than it took to get approved as a guest at this gym which says a lot. For a premium fitness club that charges premium prices, I expected professionalism and efficiency. Instead, I experienced poor communication, a frustrating process, and employees who seemed uninterested in helping. For a gym that charges premium membership fees, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer care. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and provides better training so future members are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

Place is a joke they charge 180$ a month acting like its a country club yet they never bother replacing the old machines nor educate the employees on how to respectfully approach patrons.

Some may say it's pricey, but it really is personal training and therefore when comparing that to the going rate, it's a steal! It's not planet fitness cheap, but it's a better, more personal workout. It's the only thing I've stuck with my entire life! I love it!! Highly recommend!

The one head scratcher for me is the men's locker room which is smaller than before the renovation.
