It certainly doesn't get much more convenient than that. There are several different classes to choose from. TruX has a lot of the same moves and aspects of CrossFit but without the Olympic lifting. Trustrength has less cardio, and is (obviously) more focused on strength. SWEAT is predominantly cardio. And Glow Boxing is precisely what it sounds like - a cardio boxing class under party lights. There is even yogabon Saturday morning. The folks are nice the coaches generally good. You can register and schedule classes with the mind body app, which is hella convenient. It even syncs with my calendar. My main beef is that, only being open a few months, the schedule changes, generally without notice. I have scheduled classes at specific times, only to look at my calendar a few days later and discover that the time on the class was changed to a time I never signed up for. Easily fixable, but annoying. Hopefully random scheduling changes will happen less and less often as the Detroit location becomes more established.

Set up like a home gym almost with a boxing bag, and mirrors , yogas stuff , HIIT workouts etc ; it's a studio room basically. So, I was like cool! I'm going to checkout next door, The Champion Boxing Gym. Well, first. I couldn't tell what was the primary sport of the gym was because there was a jujitsu class and kicking and boxing going on in the huge ring they have. The speed bags only have 2 that normal side humans would use and out of that 2 , 1 of the balls weren't blown up so I couldn't hit it. It was fairly crowed, not compared to the Health Club Side . It was fairly "dusty?" maybe, unlike the Health Club side. It was pretty tidy, and the embers cleaned up after themselves. Everyone seems busy so I didn't talk to anyone I don't know if that's the same building or not? They have an adjoining door. Also, the health club has a juice bar and a steam room and it's pretty neat I'd check it out

There's also a more babyish area to the side for younger kids who aren't into the slides and giant bucket. They also get 5 stars for cleanliness, including the bathrooms and changing rooms. I had to show out my coffee when we arrived since no food or drink is allowed inside the gate, but that's probably how they manage to keep it so clean. My sons are asking when we can go to Michigan just to go to this again so I can imagine if we were locals we would be there quite a bit.

Well that turned into about 15 minutes later. Once the staff member came, they got the kayak on the water, showed us how to get in and gave us life jackets. The actually kayaking was nice and the weather was good that day. Basically two ways you can kayak through a nature area or by some huge lake houses. Both are obviously beautiful choices. So overall, it was a decent adventure but just did not like the fact they were late in getting things started.

You can honestly do the loop a few times if you so please as well. Very little elevation gain, perfect for all skill-levels, some variance in scenery as you go about the hike, dog-friendly, and filled with little nature, educational signs throughout. A delight and a perfect way to do a quick little getaway into nature!
