They had many racks & locations to bench press -- no waiting on the sole bench press. They had top notch Sorinex equipment throughout. A wide variety of barbells to meet any specific needs -- including one Strongman log, DBs up to 120#, about all the machines you could need, and lots of turf for conditioning drills. If you need it, they likely have it. Personnel were kind and welcoming & put up with my occasional #OldManNoise while lifting. Facility was clean, easy to get to, & lots of nearby parking.

They do a fairly good job of fixing broken machines except the drinking fountains currently haven't worked right for over 6 months, the dryers in the bathroom are often and continue to be broken, but broken machines seem to get fixed quicker. Obviously it gets mobbed around 5-7pm on weekdays. If you can't work around to get a good work out in, avoid those times. I'm not sure this spot would ever cap their capacity or memberships. All in all I love this spot and will continue to go. It fits the bill for convenience, clientele vibe, and machine/service options

Doing any exercise incorrectly over and over could lead to injuries. The work out area is cool, but quite small. I'm assuming it's not quite busy, so that's MAY be the reason. The price for this really isn't bad if you want to do workouts in the sauna. However, not necessarily budget friendly as you have to PURCHASE or RENT ($5 or $15) the mat for the sauna exercises (not the bike obviously). I've been looking for another gym as my current membership is coming to an end, but my current gym has all of this plus more for a cheaper monthly rate.

The playground has three levels to climb with various ways to get to each level and slides from the top levels. The trainers are all excellent if that's your thing, but the atmosphere for solo workouts is what really drew me in. The gym is clean, well-stocked on amenities, and you have access to just about every piece of equipment you can think of despite their small footprint. The best part though is that I NEVER encountered a big crowd. At my previous gym in Los Angeles I was paying 6 times the amount per month to wait in line for free weights. Here I could crank out a full workout at any time of day (thanks to their 24-hour access for members) with no hassle or queues. When I come back around to visit family over the holidays, Titanium will be my one and only fitness stop.

I don't want to be one of those folks who talks about working out all the time (hehe...you know 'em) but I will tell you I crave my time on the reformer. It clears my mind and resets my body. I stand taller, am stronger, leaner and my range of motion is dramatically different than it was a year ago. I look forward to expanding my knowledge and skills and am fully dedicated to my practice. I cannot recommend this studio and staff more highly. The staff are truly amazing!!!! When I step in the door I know it's a community where I want to be. The people are great, they (instructors, staff and members) want the same things I want. They are helpful and will take extra time to ensure members are confident in their work on the reformer. There are lots of class options and the staff are consistently looking to add more to keep up with the demand. If you think you cant do this I challenge you to try! Your body is entirely capable, I am proof. Reformer pilates at Club Pilates Brentwood is part of my life and I am SO MUCH better because of this studio and the people there. My home studio in Florida has never had an issue with members wearing shoes to and from their…read morestations. However, at this St. Louis location, I've been repeatedly told not to wear my shoes to my reformer. Yesterday, I asked a staff member to email me the written policy or rulebook for this location regarding footwear, but I never received it. To be clear, I do not work out in my shoes. I wear grip socks during class. My concern is that if I need to use the restroom in the middle of class, I'm not going to walk through a public restroom in my socks and then get back on the equipment. I also don't think it's reasonable to expect members to walk all the way to the front of the studio just to retrieve their shoes every time they need to use the restroom. I'm a paying member and I don't think it's unreasonable to ask to see the written policy after being repeatedly corrected. If this location has a different footwear policy than my home studio that's completely fine, but it should be communicated clearly and provided when a paying member requests it. As a customer whose membership helps support this business and helps pay the instructors bills, I expect consistency, transparency, and respect. Also, if we're going to focus on safety and studio standards, I'd like to point out that the reformer I used yesterday had a tear that was approximately 1 1/2 inches long in the upholstery. In my opinion, equipment in that condition should be repaired or replaced immediately. It seems inconsistent to be so focused on members walking to their reformers in shoes while damaged equipment remains in use.
