The van turned only feet in front of me into the lane I was driving down to find a parking spot. Immediately after blocking the lane, the van stopped. I could not pass and their were no open spots where I was stuck at. After nearly a minute of sitting still, I honked at the van, which then parked only one spot further than it was stopped at the spot had been empty the whole time, the driver was not waiting for anyone to move. I attempted to address the illegality and rudeness of his actions, but the only thing the diver said was an angry "I don't care." I sincerely hope the other employees to not share this attitude. We really like their husband and wife team and they take excellent care of us! I referred them to a co-worker of mine and he agreed, best price in town and great service. In all of these years I recall maybe one issue, that they actually brought to our attention and fixed it immediately (at no charge). I also liked the 3 for 2 deal on Wednesday and Saturdays. I took six pairs of my Khaki pants there on 5/17/25 to be picked up on 5/21/25. These are the same pants that I would drop off at least once a month. When I went to pick up my pants the individual told me what the charge was which was more than what my ticket stated so I retrieved my ticket from my car and showed it to him. The ticket was approximately $7 less than what he charged me. He took my ticket and still charged me the extra cost stating it was because the pants were khaki's not Cargo pants. I tried to tell him that I had been coming to their cleaners for years and they always charged me the same price even with the increase due to inflation. Some of my tickets stated that the pants were Khaki's and others stated Cargo Pants, but the price were the same. I told him that he could not give me one price during drop off then charge me a different price during pick up, it is illegal. He became rude and then completely ignored me. I asked him for my ticket back and he refused to give it back. They just lost a loyal customer.
