I have been getting my volume lashes done by Dawn for almost a year and a half. Dawn is very attentive to detail, has a steady hand, focused on proper lash application, continually educating herself, willing to answer questions, and cares about lash health. Still having a bad experience as she is sending me text messages to my personal phone number, threatening me, Threatening me with lawyers on yelp messaging system, and also giving my personal info to her clients (according to her) this is not ok. She constantly adds and changes her story. I am not nearly as busy as she is, yet she has so much time to constantly harass me? I have not contacted her back as she clearly has a serious issue. If she contacts me 1 more time I will file for a restraining order. It is not ok to give out my personal phone number to her clients to stalk me, find my personal website to bring back here and bash the things I wrote, it is not ok to threaten me with lawyers on private messaging and texts when all I did was leave my opinion on yelp something I've done 101 previous times with no trouble. I don't have the time to hire a lawyer (apparently she does and to harrass me), but maybe I will make time as this is not ok. . It is incredibly hard for me to believe she is this busy businesswoman with a family, yet has the time on her hands to do all this. I had a bad experience. I personally would recommend caution. Make sure not to Accidentally book any New Lash Appointments on her Website as she is no longer taking new Lash Clients. Update: Find it very odd that after my Review she Deleted every photo except 1. Must have her reasons. Just be careful. Second Update: Wow. The reason I put it to one star is because when you re-Wrote your response you lied in it RED FLAG, but instead of having no class and calling you a liar (as you have done me now as well as publicly bashing me...) on yelp on a public business website I reduced it to 1 Star said I had a bad experience (which I still am as you seem to be stalking me and taking my personal info from website and putting it here), and gave helpful info on how you are no longer taking new lash clients. It would have made things a lot simpler if you had said that you were no longer taking lash clients in your voicemail btw for the future when someone calls about lashes instead of just telling me how to get to your website. Oh. And you also deleted every photo except one right after my 1st review. Perhaps you had reasons... still odd. Also want to add that truly you can stop freaking out as though I have done something horrible to your business. You said yourself you are so full you are not taking any new Lash Clients; though If I saw the way you responded to me I would not book with you. Clearly bashing and calling a liar someone who did not bash, or say you lied even when I could have after you rewrote your first response. I've known Dawn for 3+ years when we finally met in person at Lash Wars in Vegas. She was proctoring National eyelash education safety association exams as she is committed to bringing up the vibration of the lash industry. Always helpful and generous to others when they need it in online lash forums but in person Dawn is even more caring, if that's possible. I've referred the people i love the most to see Dawn for her professional lash services. She didn't let me or them down. Dawn has also been kind and helpful to me personally. But. . .prospective client wants more than kindness from their lash artist though. Dawn is still the premier lash artist in Lone Tree Co and surrounding areas. Her attention to detail and top notch supplies she uses in her lash application are just what your lashes need. I've enjoyed seeing Dawn at continuing education seminars Lash Summit last March 2016 she spent a few days and at least a few thousand dollars investing in more lash techniques from the same lash masters she already knows personally. Late last year i know she attended Shades and Strokes in Las Vegas, again, thousands of dollars spent in training to perfect her techniques needed to give superior services. Update: I have seen Dawn since 2014 when I was being treated for breast cancer with chemo. I can not say enough about the care and attention that Dawn took with me during my fight and after. For anyone who has had to experience the ugliness of chemo, having beautiful lashes makes a HUGE difference and made me feel pretty, even without a head of hair. Dawn went above and beyond for me on so many levels and I felt well cared for and beautiful during an ugly time. One last note, even though I did not know her before she started lashing me, she cooked an amazing casserole for my family during my surgeries.
