Compared to Target where I live, this one is pretty messy, especially the clothing department. Clothing on the floor is not picked up. Who wants to buy clothes that was piled on the store floor? Does store management care? There must be a big problem with pilferage at this location. Even socks and underwear are under lock and key. You have to press a button for a worker to unlock for you. However, I like the self-serve checkouts. I guess it's not so bad here that management removed them.

I returned to the store asap and explained the situation and needed to get it resolved asap while plumbers were at my house waiting.(costly) The store Manager "Dave" immediately walked me over to the unopened boxes and removed the seal kit and kindly gave it to me. "Apologies for the inconvenience " (no he didn't reseal the box) I was able to get back home quickly for plumbers to continue the install. This could have been a VERY expensive problem if the plumbers had to stop work and if I had to return the toilet back for store inspection/return. Dave's quick CS thinking cap was spot on and correct. Thank you Dave, much appreciated. Hopefully Lowe's Corporate will acknowledge Dave for this act of common sense approach to keeping customers happy. I shall return.

Starting with the first experience in February, I needed a specific size and style of sectional to fit the space in our living room and the seasonal sales associate Kristen was amazing. We bought our home close to 5 years ago and only now have gotten around to replacing our old furniture, we've desperately needed a new sectional. We spent about an hour there debating the style, size, color, and details on the couch and Kristen was incredibly patient and had no problem looking up all the colors and styles and possible iterations for the sectional. We ended up ordering a beautiful gray fabric sectional with plenty of seating space that was custom, and so took a little longer to come in, but was totally worth the wait. We also ordered a swivel accent chair for our family room that is the perfect chair for sitting and enjoying coffee and a good book; was exactly what I was looking for. Our final purchase was a six-drawer wooden dresser for my son's room to replace a flimsy, broken piece from IKEA. This dresser is so well made I know it will last him until he leaves us for college :) The delivery was smooth and I have extra appreciation for the the delivery men who got stuck with delivering on a day we had a random downpour and the difficulty of getting the sectional to our back living room (we have an odd floor plan). I appreciated the service from my first experience so much that when I decided to replace my mattress and bed frame I headed back into Three Brothers to see what they had. This time Julia helped me and again, the customer service was excellent. Julia was also incredibly patient and went through the details of each mattress to help me decide which was the most comfortable and best suited for my needs. I spent close to an hour there trying out the various mattresses to see what felt the best before deciding on my final purchase which has copper coils inside to dissipate heat. She also helped me figure out which bed frame would work best as the bed frame we have now we had been purchased for our room in our old home and doesn't fit our current space well. The mattress and bed frame are due to be delivered in two days and I can't wait! I'll update after receiving those. I'm also looking to replace the furniture in my daughter's room and this time Justin helped us, and searched to find the very specific style my daughter is looking for and also helped through out the other purchases, again providing excellent customer service. If you're looking for new, quality furniture I can't recommend Three Brothers enough!

Great Sales... Terrible Service After the Purchase…read more My experience with Three Brothers Furniture started off on the right foot. When I was purchasing my furniture, the customer service was great -- especially from the wife, who was helpful and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, everything went downhill the moment the payment was made. I spent $3,000 and still had to call repeatedly just to find out when my furniture would be delivered. There was never a clear date, no courtesy call the day before, and no proactive communication of any kind. Every time I followed up, I ran into the same issue: the owner's son answering the phone and speaking to me in a rude, dismissive, and condescending manner. He should not be the face of their customer service -- his attitude alone turned the entire experience sour. To make matters worse, the furniture didn't even arrive the way I ordered it. The only people who showed professionalism were the delivery drivers, who were courteous and respectful. The buying process was smooth, but once they had my money, the service completely fell apart. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Three Brothers Furniture.

The only way to get out of this price category is to buy a very large set where the price per item drops significantly. At Ross, there was a reasonable selection. They had created this by simply breaking up a larger set, tacking on a buck or two and selling them separately. That's just what I need! I got the rectangular glass container with plastic lid and locking tabs for $4.99. It was the same with the colanders, the cook pots, the bakeware; they'd broken up the sets and you could purchase just the size needed with a selection from different brands. I don't often see such great choices and I wonder if they are timing their drops for Tuesday when they target seniors.... I also checked out some curtain rods; prices were running from $7 to $20 but given the prices the rods were unusually good looking. Pity they didn't have the size I needed. At the register the cashier inquired delicately if I was eligible for the 10% Tuesdays senior discount. You're a senior if you're 55 or over. Nicely done! Thanks to this practice breaking up sets - I'm adding Ross' kitchen section to my great places to shop for small spaces collection.
