WARNING: Summer 2024 Bought a fountain here (over a thousand dollars) and they delivered it defective. Took them awhile to come out and "repair" the damage, but it didn't work. They said they would replace the fountain and trying to get them to commit to a schedule is damn near impossible. I'm disappointed to say the least and due to the business manager's/owner's inaction I'm notifying the Better Business Bureau and disputing the charge with my credit card company. That likely will get resolution because I'm out of options dealing with an apathetic business owner/manager. We deserve better here in AmCan! Want our advice, shop elsewhere. read more

Remo - this highly unprofessional and rude owner not only used cuss words on the phone with me while he was driving - they also jacked up the price of their stepping stones in front. advertized as $29 each - when I went to order they changed it to $49 each. The guy literally raised the statue price from 429 to 599 at the counter and tried to tell me it's always been 599 after we talked about the 'four hundred dollar Buddha'! And then he says, "Oh, did you want that as a fountain? It will be $850 out the door...I'm giving you hundred bucks off". You know that vibe when your dealing with an egocentric used car salesman that makes your eyelids lower and stomach tightens in disgust that your letting this person waste your time (knowing damn well he's not getting your money) and you so wish you could deal with someone else? Fabri Statuary feels like an art installation. Think of them like the nearby Di Rosa Preserve- except it's smaller, less pretentious, and for free. They have a spectacular selection of religious statuary. Do you need Buddhas, like Hotei and Guan Yin, the bodhisattva of mercy? If you want a Zen retreat, they've got it. Do you need Jesus, the Virgin Mary, various saints? They have it, if you want a backyard re-creation of Our Lady of Guadalupe appearing to Juan Diego, or Our Lady of Fatima appearing to the shepherd children. They have an equal amounts of classical nudes including Michelangelo's David himself. But, sadly, none of the Tibetan yab-yum, of a Buddha with his consort. You can't have the City of 10,000 Buddhas in your garden (but you can at least re-create their restaurant dishes) Fabri also has plenty of plants. It's as much a nursery as a statuary. I'm sure you've driven past on your way home from wine tasting in the Napa Valley, cruising at 60 miles per hour southbound on Highway 29 when... There, on your right... a sea of pottery stretched to the horizon. Yup, well that's Fabbri Statuary. Don't get me wrong... They got some seriously butt-ugly decorations here... The kind of stuff I imagine might be trendy in your typical Tennessee Hillbilly White Trash front yard. Still, they've got their gazing balls, some really cool looking fountains, and some incredible garden pottery in which to put whatever plants you wish. We bought a huge pot here a couple of years ago... Regular price was well over $300 but we got it for about $95, I believe... We just last weekend bought a smaller, but equally beautiful, pot in which to plant our brand new dwarf Myer Lemon Tree. The staff is friendly and will help you carry the heavy stuff to your car. It's worth checking this place out if you're ever looking for stuff to decorate your garden with. read more

I had a Silvetsri fountain I bought from these guys and it was working fine until the Beckett pump ran it's course and I had to find a way to replace it. This thing is heavy and it took 4 guys to deliver it so I didn't want to mess with it so I called Fabbri to replace the pump. They not only replaced the pump without moving the fountain but they stained the white scale my dark fountain had accumulated over the years. They also shaved down one of the spouts that was a bit higher than the others so water wouldn't come out of it and it looked uneven. They fixed all that and I didn't even ask! All my years of dealing with contractors and repairmen, rarely do you get taken aback by such great service. You're lucky if they do what they said they were going to do. I wish everyone I dealt with was this wonderful. Now I look at my fountain with joy. Not only because it works again but because it reinvigorated my faith in human kind. Thank goodness I don't have to look at my roof every day-it's a long and disgusting story and all I will say is that it involved a lot of cursing and urine. read more

I bought an attractive Spanish-Mexican style three tier fountain with the base last Sunday for a good price- Well, $1,200 apprx. is not exactly cheap, however it was money worth spent. The staff certainly is friendly, charismatic and a joy to deal with- They have many, many nice and attractive decorations, especially if you're going with the Spanish-Mediterranean look. I was related they would deliver the fountain on Thursday, 21 Apr 2011 and actually left work early to make sure I was home. I waited and waited and delivery crew never arrived or even called to notify me they could not make it. I did call and left two nice, but firm messages- do hope my fountain gets delivered today by 3PM. I would have given them 5 stars, other than the No-Show on Thursday. Conclusion: great service, friendly staff, awesome inventory and for $1,200 I would have expected to come thru with delivery commitment. read more

Hi we bought a large basin for an existing fountain. We paid for it and the repair of our existing fountain months in advance. The fountain is to be the center piece of a wedding with head table in front. It's been 3 weeks since the work was to be done. Repeated no shows, 2 weeks in a row. Didn't answer phone calls, my husband had to drive 30 minutes to get owner on the phone to find out what happened. Since then we have had promises but no workers. Finally sent out 2 young men who didn't know how to use calk gun. Not sure why they were here. They left after 30 minutes. Remo himself is due to arrive today with a guy. WE bought a fountain to replace ours that was destroyed in the earthquake. We paid for the fountain and asked them to call a week later to set up delivery and install. We had to call them and the guy says "Oh I misunderstood the message!" Sunday at 8am we are waiting for them to show up. We call them repeatedly and no one answers. finally we get someone and have them relay our message. The owner calls us with the most stupid reason. I have previously bought garden statues here, but on my latest visit, I got the runaround from an employee in a 49er's hat, who couldn't find a price for an unmarked item, called his boss twice, checked some catalogs,conferred with a fellow employee, then told me $48. A nice selection of large and small fountains, but disappointed that they don't know more about the products they sell. I bought a "Moon Fountain" manufactured by Gist Products in Las Vegas. Fabbri promoted that it was made with "Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete" (GFRC) which made it lighter than solid concrete. Unfortunately, GFRC is known to leach out calcium when in contact with moisture - Google "efflorescence" for the bad news. My fountain is now covered with crusted calcium deposits. I called Mr. Fabbri, who said he didn't know anything about it. Gist Products' suggestion is to completely empty and clean it, then fill with 1:1 water & white vinegar($5/gal) about once a month - What a MAINTENANCE NIGHTMARE! In addition, the surrounding Jasmine plants and flagstone deck beneath it is now covered with a white crust from the splashing water! read more
