Some pediatric offices have so many doctors and nurses, your child sees a different person each time. Nothing beats having a doctor and nurse that knows your child and watches them grow. They have a lot of fun decorating the office for all holidays and they always invite patients for celebrations like Easter egg hunts and trick or treating. They make you feel like family. Beautiful gardens surround the office- this is not your typical cold and uninviting doctor office in a big corporate building. There is convenient parking and they are quick and professional when you come in for an appointment.

I believe my primary doctor recommended me to Dr. Cox, and if I'm remembering correctly Dr. Cox is the one who referred me to a great lawyer, which worked out really well. I only saw Dr. Dan (Cox) during the first initial appointment back in 2012 and have been seeing various other doctors since then. You can request who you'd like to see, I'm just not that kind of person, and quite honestly, I've had a great experience with each and every single doctor here. I've made the mistake in not continuing my treatment when I'm feeling "good," and now after seeing Dr. Franco and Dr. Tom there recently I'm understanding more and more the importance of my neck and back "maintenance". In my situation, this is something I'll have to live with forever, but as long as I keep up with my appointments (down to once a month currently) I won't really be in much pain. When I stopped going for 6+ months, I would be in severe pain and would have to go 2-3 times a week at first just to get on the right track again. They will recommend that you get X-rays done (of course depending on your situation) before doing anything, which I love. The ladies at the front desk are usually the most pleasant and friendly people I've ever seen at a doctors office. Not only do you not usually have to wait long at all (10 min max for me, but I usually walk right back when I get there) but if you need a last minute appointment they can usually get you in the day of! I keep telling myself I'm going to try a chiropractor a block from my house since Clarence / Williamsville is so far for me, and hard to fit in my schedule, but they are really that great and I just can't fathom going anywhere else!

I was able to set up my initially appointment the same week, which I thought was great! When I arrived, Kevin was a little backed up, but he made sure to let me know that so I was prepared. The place is clean and quaint, has a large waiting area, and several treatment rooms. When I finally got in the room with Kevin, we went over all the details of my visit and he made sure to ask all the pertinent questions and checked my joints, etc. to help him help me more effectively. Once he started treatment, he was very thorough and quick compared to other places I've been. He did explain what he was doing and also how he would let me rest while the needles did their work, but would check on me regularly. I always get so relaxed during treatment, and this time was no different. I was able to get a small nap in and felt so comfortable. At the end, he followed up with a ointment and quick massage, which is typical. He was a little rougher with that than I'm used to, but wasn't uncomfortable. A great experience, and have my next session booked as I will most likely need several for my issue and will continue treatment regularly for general purpose after. Look forward to returning!

They always verify with me if it is ok to text, mail, leave a voicemail. I appreciate that. I have been a long time patient of Evergreen and do not trust my care with anyone else. From primary care staff, specialty care staff, to pharmacy services personnel, all physicians and nurses, and all other employees including those behind the scene, I watched them grow from a small one doctor practice into an awesome large revamped multi-specialty building still treating the same community....and then even more. Although the facility appears clean, the presence of ants and cockroaches is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. I am also concerned about the unprofessional behavior I have experienced. Deanna has repeatedly spoken to me in a scolding and disrespectful manner, which is inappropriate. In addition, Ryan has failed to return my calls or respond to my concerns despite multiple attempts to contact him by phone and in person. I expect these issues to be investigated and addressed promptly. Please provide a response regarding the actions that will be taken to resolve these concerns.
