Meanwhile, the dry cleaner's ownership changed to Tide. It is now June 16th and I still do not have my curtains. Zac at the location has been a tremendous help trying to help me locate my order and has apologized profusely for the lack of answers. I reached out to Jason Patrick with Tide on May 26, June 1 and June 4 inquiring into the status of my curtains, and Zac has reached out numerous times, and I have not received any responses from Jason or anyone else under the new ownership. I would have hoped to have at least received a response as to the status and location of my order by now from Tide's management (Zac has done everything he can!), although a check in the amount of the replacement cost for these curtains seems appropriate. I miss the customer service I received when this dry cleaner was under McPherson's ownership and would not recommend it to anyone in East Nashville now that it is owned by Tide.

You can see the pattern from the inside of the dryer in the attached photos. Had to throw away a fleece and a pair of socks because it completely melted through them. Talked to the manager and he said they're not responsible and there was nothing they could do. They didn't even want to refund the money for the usage. Zero customer service. RESPONSE: Not sure how a "discount" on future services covers an expensive custom uniform. What am I supposed to bring to that? Melted clothes? Ridiculous.
