Some of the larger machines can get pricey, but a regular sized load is $4.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry. There's plenty of rolling carts stationed around the space, and lots of tables for folding as well. They even have a kiddie corner with some books and games if you need to keep your children occupied, along with a well-stocked snack and drink vending machine.

Meanwhile, the dry cleaner's ownership changed to Tide. It is now June 16th and I still do not have my curtains. Zac at the location has been a tremendous help trying to help me locate my order and has apologized profusely for the lack of answers. I reached out to Jason Patrick with Tide on May 26, June 1 and June 4 inquiring into the status of my curtains, and Zac has reached out numerous times, and I have not received any responses from Jason or anyone else under the new ownership. I would have hoped to have at least received a response as to the status and location of my order by now from Tide's management (Zac has done everything he can!), although a check in the amount of the replacement cost for these curtains seems appropriate. I miss the customer service I received when this dry cleaner was under McPherson's ownership and would not recommend it to anyone in East Nashville now that it is owned by Tide.
