Our washing machine is on the Fritz and we found this laundry care location. We dropped off our laundry from the week and they washed, dried, and folded everything for us ($1.75/lb). If you have to go to the laundromat to do your laundry, I promise you that Stellar Laundry, in Gallatin, Tennessee, is the best! I would have to say what makes it the best are a couple of people that work there; Trisha and Donna. Trisha and Donna are the most friendly, the most helpful, the most thorough, dedicated employees of this laundromat that I have ever met. I go there every Saturday to do my laundry, usually very early in the morning, but sometimes in the afternoon. Trisha and Donna clean that place so well. This is the absolute cleanest laundromat I've ever been to because of them. Another great thing about this particular laundromat is there are so many washers and dryers; you can easily not have to wait to do your laundry most of the time. They have change machines where you can get coins for your bills. However, this is not just a coin laundromat; they also have an app for this laundromat where you can pay electronically; which is better by far for a lot of people, so they don't have to carry bags of coins with them. They also have drop off service where you can drop off your clothes and they will wash and fold them for you. Additionally, this laundromat is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so you can go there anytime and get your laundry done without any problem. They maintain these laundry units so well, you never have any issues with them not working. They even have some vending machines; one for snacks and another for laundry items that you might need if you forget something. Their bathrooms are always open whenever somebody is there on duty, and they are always clean and have everything you need. The laundromat is located in a nice safe neighborhood. Drove from Westmoreland to check out Stellar Laundry next to Food Lion. I have a King comforter that doesn't fit in my machines. Stellar Laundry is Nice and clean, and they have 2 very nice attendants. You can do your own, or drop off. What I love is that I can pay for the machines with my debit card. I very rarely need to use a laundromat, but as we have all been down this road, my washer died and I had to get through the week until the new set would be delivered. I was referred by a close friend of mine to use this new place in Gallatin, Stellar Laundromat. She swore by this new laundromat, they provide a great atmosphere, while maintaining cleanliness and excellent customer care. I was actually truly looking forward to my visit. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the front ladies, who were sitting in the front office space. Friendly, I thought, ok let's figure out this app. When I began to approach the front to ask for help, I overheard the dark-haired lady discussing with another employee about how proud she is to have been able to "ruin the future of [a previous co-worker] by playing innocent and influencing [the owners] to fire a woman she didn't like". She laughed about this while also talking about another homeless co-worker that is "too stupid to save himself", and mocked his claim to religion, and laughed while she joked about him living in his car to make it easier to bring his wife to the ER. When she began talking about the younger co-worker guy who "cares too much about a dead-end job and the [previously fired employee]" (she was using names, none of which I will post publicly), I decided I had enough listening to such hatred and mockery of misfortune, I gathered my things and left. I'll never go back. It is worth the trip to Hendersonville when I need to do laundry in a laundromat, so long as I never have to witness such negativity being spread by a "Christian" tongue. read more
