The cafe area is welcoming with seating and sunlight. But the shop has some rotten apples working behind the counter. It's too bad that the girls working here are just not nice. At all. Since new management arrived, my spouse, who has worked there for years, and other employees face harassment and disrespect. The environment is toxic, leaving my wife emotionally broken. I've seen the manager, Brian, acting aggressively and under the influence during visits, which is unsafe for staff and customers alike. My shifts change frequently to support my spouse, forcing other officers to rearrange their schedules--this ripple effect stresses many families, including mine.
