Store hours are inconsistent and as a consumer you don't know when their open or closed. Google is showing hours daily until 9pm during the week and 7pm on Sundays. The mall is showing operating hours to be 11am-7pm daily. The young lady on the store voicemail is stating the same hours as google which is 11a-7p on Sundays and 11a-9pm every other day. The store has a sign on the door that says the hours are 11a-6p. I have came to the location 2 days in a row between 5:45 and 5:55 and both days the store has been closed. I tried numerous times reaching an associate to confirm their hours before driving over an hour and no one answers. I finally got in contact with the manager Shawn and he stated they close daily at 5:45pm to get customers out by 6:00. During these times you will think a company will be open the hours posted and as stated. There needs to be better communication to the guest regarding this stores operating hours or better yet simply just stay open as hours posted or change your closing time to 5:45pm read more
