After many times of having to go to other dentists to have them recemented..I finally found a dentist that repaired it perfectly and found that Dr. Melkonian hadn't even used a proper post -he made one out of a paper clip. When I asked for some sort of restibution for all of the money it cost me to have it repaired so many times...they advised me that I still owed them money that my insurance hadn't covered ( as I was told that it would)...and they proceeded to sue me for the full amount!!! I went in as a non-believer, but oh my goodness! Was I ever wrong! Jessie and Stephanie were vital in helping me get my range of motion better! There was a time when I couldn't reach back with my left arm to put on my seatbelt without almost crying in pain. I had trouble in the shower washing my back. I had trouble putting on my winter coat. I had trouble getting dressed by myself, and would have to recruit my husband or daughter in order for me to get my clothes on without yelping in pain. AON has given me the use of my arm back! Once again, I was a non-believer - now I would encourage anyone to get there ASAP if they need Physical Therapy. It helped to change my life for the better! Payment is accepted via Venmo, and not even through a business account. This means there are no protections for customers if something goes wrong. I later learned banks typically advise against using services that only accept Venmo for this exact reason. Yet I couldn't start my dental work with my second doctor because Family Dental already billed my insurance for the completed work, even though I was there only once. While my insurance investigate Family Dental for a fraudulent claim, and after four month, I still wait for my deposit, one should seek a dental care with honest and professional dental practice.
