After getting the runaround so much I decided to just do it myself. I was watching you tube videos on how to do this and found steam bosses video. I thought it was very helpful. I saw the machine steam boss uses for this process. So I called Home Depot and asked if they rent this equipment, the lady at Home Depot was short and not helpful. Then I re watched the steam boss video and noticed the palm trees in the background so I figured they were either in FL or SoCal. Turns out they were 30 mins away in Tarpon Springs FL. Not wanting to do this project myself, I called steam boss and they were extremely prompt and helpful. They did what they say they were gonna do and communicated with me the entire time. Also a good value. I would 1,000,000% use this company again! I know I have more terrazzo floor hidden under the existing tiles.

I've used them 2x on my entire apartment's carpeting, my family has used them to clean their furniture, and my friend who referred me to them, had all the tile in her house done by them. When speaking to them today while they were at my apt, I asked them if they knew anyone who they'd recommend to do my bathroom shower tile and you know what they told me....their son does that!!! Susan took photos with her phone and her son will be quoting me! Why do I love them? I'm so glad you asked...let me count the ways. 1 - If Susan doesn't pick up on the first ring when you call her, she calls you back immediately; extremely responsive and booking is super easy. 2 - When they say they're coming at their appt time, they ARE THERE! Not a rough estimate, not driving up, they are at your front door...impeccable! (If only the cable company service dept could follow in their footsteps?!?!??!) lol.. 3 - They are priced excellent for the type of service you are getting. 4 - They are so personable, kind, and I consider them family at this point. 5 - The quality of my carpet AFTER they were completed today is just WOW! They had to remove a 6x6 post along with remnants of some other fence post that was here from long ago. They performed a very nice neat clean job. They showed up when they said they would and did exactly everything by the book which also means filing permits and arranging inspections which is always PITA. From the 3 bids I got they were not the most expensive nor the cheapest but what they were was responsive and followed through with their work which is rare to find a residential contractor like this in Florida. We got our estimate fast and were scheduled for our new fence a few months later. This delay was completely understandable considering how much damage there was in our area. On our scheduled date, two workers showed up on time and spent the better part of a day replacing our old wooden fence with a new, vinyl one. We had so many roofing companies knock on our door telling us that we needed a new roof based on what they arw seeing from the ground. We called Aries and upon their inspection, they said that we only needed to fix one side, which had the most damage and the rest of the roof has five more years left. They gave us an estimate, which we thought was pretty reasonable compared to the other 2 quotes we obtained. We proceeded to select the color. On installation day, they noticed that the color we previously selected didn't really match the existing roof given its age. They no longer make the existing roof that we have so we had to find the closest match. Instead of just going with what we picked installing it and saying hey that's what they picked anyway , they took an extra step to make sure that all sections of the roof matched. We also had to change the location of solar power dock and they did it for us for no extra charge. They're great to deal with very professional, timely, and accommodating. If you are in the market for a new roof or a repair, I highly recommend Arry's.
