Also, had a couple of other issues come up and even though John said he would address them we never heard back. Calls and texts go unanswered. I mentioned this to him when he did come to inspect the seam, which he said was because of the design, which is not true at all. He said he gets so many calls/texts it is difficult to answer them all. We love the countertops, just wanted a couple of things fixed or explained. Good products, great salesman, not so good at follow up after completion.

She invited me to cone tape out each piece and thoroughly explained what to look for. I had my granite in a week from template. I would highly recommend Jennifer. She sent her installers to my home and they were equally as good. My cabinets needed to be secured and they did what they needed to do and made sure all was perfect when they left.

We went over our needs and budget and then I sent him over pictures of the old kitchen layout and measurements. He put us in contact with a few stone yards. We took his recommendation and met with one of the stone yard companies, found what we wanted and waited for the quote from the stone yard. It came it much higher than we thought. Brandon was determined to find a company that would work for us. We were so glad he did the legwork as it saved us headaches and money.
