After our first purchase we realized we needed three more boxes. We went back, and Cara happened to be there again. She made the process quick, easy, and just as smooth as the first visit. I ask for previous email to be sent to my email for review and emphasize that IF we were going to invest in a steam shower we would have to order asap as the shower is currently demoed. However, improved communication, responsiveness, and a more welcoming customer service approach would greatly enhance the experience for future customers.
