well to start , professionalism from answering phone to giving you a appointment or to bring it in because they have time .2nd entering the place they greet you and straight to the point , I went in to get my reverse Camara looked at and they took the car checked it out came back and told me my options , I went with a new one , they did not have it so they needed it to order , they said it will be here in 3-5 business days , I agreed paid the half balance and agreed to pay the other half when job gets done , so order came in they called asked me when I can make it I made appointment for the following day . so work was done plus I decided to remove my old faded tint and put new ones , and I'm very pleased on it all , I will be going back to change my back speakers soon. thank you guys for the great and professional work ! read more

This place is so highly unprofessional they cannot do basic mathematics to have a clear and concise invoice presented at time of service. The price kept changing bc the staff did not take time to simply add up everything in one shot. Leo Delarosa helped me and he was terribly rude and did not know what was going on. He seemed to have severe memory issues, repeatedly changing the price then lashing out when called out on it. I visited Fabulous Auto Alarms because I thought my remote start needed reprogramming. After they checked it out, they discovered the issue was actually with my trunk. They repaired it, and just like that--my remote start was working again! I was incredibly impressed with the honesty of the gentleman who helped me. At the end, I asked if he had checked to see if the remote start was working, and he confidently said he hadn't because he already knew it would. He truly knows his stuff and is upfront with you. Definitely would recommend this place. First time I came a few years ago. Leo had a guy look at my headlights on my Infiniti that continued to have issues with HID. They checked it out and replaced it. About 6 months later had a issue with it they found the problem and was perfect ever since. Few weeks later brought my wife's new lease for window tint they took care of me and did an awesome job. Robert head guy is awesome and really cares for his customers. I had an appointment with them to install an alarm and I was told the job would be done in 3-4 hours. 6.5 hours later the work wasn't done and the shop was about to close. I was told they'll get back to me so I go there again so they finish the job. I called them many times and no one bothered to follow with the issue. They were also very rude.
