The receptionist was polite and welcoming. I was welcomed into my 10:30 appointment by Tara's assistant exactly at 10:30. I did the prelims with the assistant and Tara came in immediately afterwards. He then proceeded to tell me that I had AKs on my face which I probably did, and he then started spraying me with liquid nitrogen before even explaining what he was doing ..liquid nitrogen is a freezing agent and of course it stung like hell afterwards. And then he proceeded to tell me he was going to do a biopsy on a knuckle pad that I pointed out that I've had for 20 years and he said he was just gonna take a little bit of it. He ended up cutting off the entire thing which went very deep. I felt him cutting it and I told him so he had his assistant give me more lidocaine but by then he had already completely cut through and I'm talking like a 16th of an inch thick layer of skin. The wound is terrible here. It is a week later and I don't know how it's gonna heal. I'm keeping it clean, but I don't know how it's gonna close up when he did it. It was as bad as big as a dime. If that wasn't enough, they put two Band-Aids on it and then when I get out to the receptionist to pay, it starts bleeding again profusely, I had to go back in the hedge to wrap my entire hand. I don't like being hornswoggled and I don't like being pushed into anything, but he also got us to agree to come back this winter for this blue therapy stuff which really just sounds like cosmetic treatments that we don't need. So I'm gonna be canceling that and I'm also gonna be telling me my general practitioner in Dallas not to recommend this dermatology facility anymore. Basically wreck thrash waltz into the room spent 15 minutes with me and then left his assistant to clean up the mess. We will never go back. Even if they were to call back and tell me that the " biopsy "" that he took is cancer, I won't go back to him.

I was very surprised when I tried to schedule myself for Juvederm injections recently…read more 9 and 10 years ago I received Juvederm injections at Dr. Anderson's spa and it went perfectly. 2 years ago I went in for Juvederm injections and had a bad reaction. The nurse asked what other medications I recently had and I told her I had a Physer covid booster 2 days prior. She quickly got an antidote to neutralize the reaction. She was apologetic for someone not telling me to avoid certain medications before getting Juvederm injections. She treated me very well, apologized and gave me ice pads for my face. And I felt it was my fault for getting the covid booster before the Juviderm. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I was very surprised. It was very ugly. It was surly a bad reaction. I texted the spa and told them that my face was very ugly. Now, fast forward to present day: I made the appointment on November 19th. Then I received a call from a woman who said that I could not return to the spa at all for anything because of the way I acted after the Juvederm reaction 2 years ago. She continued to accuse me of many things. She told me that, at that time, she tried to call me back to the spa, and I wouldn't come. (I don't remember this) She said, that I told her to stop harassing me. I believe this as a lie. I would never say that because she was nice to me at the time. I remember the nurse was not mad at me 2 years ago, nor was I mad at her or upset at anyone. It was a continual verbal abuse on the phone and a very big surprise. I don't know why she would make these accusations at this time. Possible she thought that the same Juvederm reaction would take place if I had it done, and it would embarrass her or the spa?? Or, she didn't like me texting the spa to tell how I saw my face? I don't know. My wife and I spent well over $45,000 on plastic surgery and some on Juvederm from Doctor Anderson during the last 20 years and everything was great with high quality, perfect surgeries. Why am I treated this way now? This above is the absolute truth. I am a Christian and it would be very difficult for me to lie.
