Overpriced My lips look like I didn't have a service at all. I had them done a few months ago and it looks like they were never done. I used Groupon and think they didn't take me seriously. She injected so much in the corners and in places that weren't on my lip line or Cupids now I feel she wasted my syringe they were great until the swelling went down then I called said it didn't look like I had them don't they gave me a run around and didn't make it right. I went to face forward 2 weeks after Botox didn't take. wanted to look good for christmas. the person that put my Botox in would redo it. she said I needed disport. I already paid almost 500 dollars for Botox. she wanted me to pay another 600. for dysport. mind you. I have spent a lot of money there. when I went to get Botox. I had a membership which was 600 dollars. when I went back In 2 weeks the wouldn't even honor my membership it expired in between! thats not right. no one even got back to me. I asked for corporate phone number. no response. asked for owner. no response. very upset and a waste of time and money. so sad read more

I can't understand these negative reviews. I've gone to FFA multiple times since they opened their Cincinnati office for my Botox needs and twice for filler in my lips. They are so knowledgeable and their expertise is proven in the results that their patients post daily on instagram photos and their on their own pages! I have experience in the cosmetic dermatology field and they have far surpassed my expectations each and every time I see them. I would trust them with all the services they offer. They keep your comfort in mind each and every time and do not rush you out of their office. That is HUGE! I can't wait to do microneedling and other services they offer. I'll be back soon!!! Update 7/24/19... I have since gone back for more Botox, to do microneedling and also Kybella for my chin and ABSOLUTELY loved my results for this as well. I had a good experience here. I got some Botox. The NP did a great job. I left with zero bruising which seems almost impossible it seems. She took her time and was gentle which I think is key. I'm a Rn myself and have gotten injections forever! I'm not sure if I'm going to return though because they don't do Botox everywhere I want to have it and they don't do filler everywhere either. It's run by some corporate place. So they sell u an entire bottle of Botox. You can't go and just get you crows done . So if your young and don't need $500 of Botox , maybe call and see if they will store your bottle. Idk. They don't do neck bands w Botox. I prefer going somewhere that allows the provider to chose what they think they can help you with and not be limited by some corporation looming . read more

I went to this place because I had a Groupon for some botox. while I was there, I got talked into getting lip filler. I'm fully convinced it was this girls first time doing it. i have friends who've had filler and none of their lips looked like mine. I have uneven bumps on them and little squiggles that look like a worm is crawling through me. completely botched by Tamra. I considered calling and complaining and having them fix it, but I don't know if any of those people have real experience. im going back to my usual med spa to fix it. stay away from this place if you want filler read more

Very unhappy with result of fillers. Had some around my mouth for laugh lines and they tuned out very puffy. Was assured that it was normal for fillers and that it looked better than my lines. I don't know why anyone would ask for a lumpy asymmetrical face and pay that kind of money for it! I've ended up going somewhere else to have the fillers dissolved so I'm out $600! After researching many options in Indianapolis I decided to make a road trip to Cincinnati to give FFA a whirl for my Botox needs! It was honestly the best experience I've ever had with injections. I didn't feel rushed and was offered a thorough explanation about my needs and how they could be met. I'd never had an injector map out my face and take the time to really talk with me. The staff was super warm and down to earth. There is so much to be said for folks just being nice! I got Botox in my forehead, 11s, and around my eyes and it lead to me looking SO much more relaxed and attractive. I plan to return for more Botox as well as fillers. Tamara is wonderful. She is honest and realistic in the scope of treatments and results. She was very patient with me and did an amazing job. The pain was minimal, which is a sign of a skilled injector. She was extremely smooth and fast (but not rushed) during the procedure. FFA has a nice relaxing atmosphere and all the staff during my visit was very helpful, including the front desk woman who was on top of it with my treatment plan paperwork and my reward points. I had a very awful and negative experience in the past with another medspa and the injector who was extremely pushy, impatient and rough with me. I was so afraid to have any more treatments done, but Tamara changed all that! I will be back to see her for all my treatments from now on, I know I am in good hands with her. Thank you! read more

I will never be going back here they wasted my time and had no solution for today. first time here and made my lip filler appointment 2 weeks ago, and I've been so excited and even had to take PTO from work since this was the only available time. only to find out she refused to do my lip fillers today because my bottom lip needed dissolved which is not the case at all. I last had my lips filled in July 2021 it's now January 2023. she was trying to charge me $150 to have my lips dissolved today then to RESCHEDULE my lip filler after 2 weeks. read more

I came in for lip filler and Botox and had a great experience. Their office is cozy and it isn't crowded in the waiting area. The staff does their best to make you feel welcome, and I appreciated the fact that they took the time to explain each step of the process. Nothing felt rushed and because of that, I had less bruising the next day than the last time that I got filler (which was from a different place). The person doing my injections was calming and funny and I'll definitely be back to see her. Their pricing is transparent and they don't try to upsell you on stuff.
