Having been here several times, I have found the service to be hit or miss: two thirds of the…read moreservices I've received have been good, the rest, subpar. They were all overpriced. Feels like a cookie-cutter corporate-run business designed to rope me into paying more money by looking posh. Most staff members are nice; just be aware, they'll pitch you a membership (i.e. monthly subscription to their services) on your first visit (which doesn't save you any money compared to just paying per-visit). My second time there, I arrived 5 minutes late and someone behind the counter, after greeting me, informed me that my massage would be shorter than scheduled because I was late. I said okay and went back to look for the restroom. In the hallway a therapist intercepted me with an unfriendly, monotone "Are you [name]?" and when I confirmed, she ushered me into my massage without asking whether I needed anything (like to go to the bathroom) first. I didn't feel free to interrupt her since I had been late. That massage felt aggressive--like she was getting some pent-up frustration out on me. Not pleasant. When I had a facial, it felt like it helped my skin, but the person who gave it repeatedly told me I really needed to be using this, that, and the other product on my skin, and generally came across like they thought I was dumb for just washing my face with soap like people have done for hundreds of years and for not remembering the brand of moisturizer I'd been using. On the other hand, I've really enjoyed the massages and conversation from a couple of the other therapists here. Like I said, hit or miss. Overall I recommend a couple of the small, independent massage therapy businesses in the area far and away over MassageLuxe.

I've been here a few times because I had a hefty half gift card and was never thrilled with my…read moreservices. First I had a basic deep tissue massage which was nice, I believe it included an aromatherapy oil for the foot massage too. She worked out my knots and it felt nice. Second, I was pregnant and made an appointment for a pregnancy massage (around 8 months preggo). The girl asked what I wanted and I had to tell her I was pregnant and wanted a pregnancy massage. Hello? wasn't it obvious. There was a lack of communication there. Recently I finished my gift card receiving a microderm for myself and my sister, both of our first time. When we arrived the doc who does these procedures didn't know he had 2 services to do (it was for 4:30) and seemed a little ticked off about that. He came in and out, and seemed to rush through it. The microderm did absolutely nothing to my skin or my sister's skin. we had the oxygenation serum, at the doc's recommendation, and I did not notice anything from that as well. We left with greasy, oily skin that had serum all over it and was so uncomfortable that I came home and washed my face to get it off. Now that my gift card is all gone, I will go some where else for my spa experiences

I was turning 40 and wanted to do a few things for myself. I wasn't quite sure if I wanted to take…read morethe plunge and actually try anything. I had seen a few ads for this place but didn't think much about it at first. Last summer I was out with a few of my friends for a ladies night out and came to the realization that a lot of my friends were doing things to keep themselves looking younger. One of my friends, in fact was a client at Vive. I made an appointment to see Dr. Yee. They charge a nominal consultation fee that is used towards any treatments with which you decide to go forward. I got a consult at another place a couple and they got me quite scared. They said we would inject this for you, zap that for you etc. Honestly, I was chicken just expecting the just just get the consultation. My experience at Vive, however, was the exact opposite. Dr. Yee took the time to discuss in detail the options that were available to me, including those that were not offered at Vive. The differences in the treatments, the results to expect, what to expect during and after were all thoroughly explained in detail. I felt very reassured about what I was doing. I decided to try some Dysport to treat some frown lines. I was told it could take up to two weeks to get the full effect. But nonetheless, if I had any questions or concerns to call the office at any time. I was offered an appointment for a check up at two weeks, which I took. I thought the results looked great, but Dr. Yee gave me a small touchup at no charge. He felt that this would optimize the result and have it perhaps last longer. I absolutely love my results and will return at the three to four month point for another treatment!

They advertise sales on color and then do not honor them.I was charged three different amounts for Majirel color. I called the customer service line and spoke to several different people and each one told me they would look into it and get back to me and I never heard from anyone. Worst customer service ever! There used to be a girl named Liz that worked there and she left and the place went downhill. They will rip you off so be careful to ask how much your items are ringing up at the register. They tell you they cannot get to that screen to see it and then after you pay you see it is wrong on your receipt. I am telling everyone I work with not to go here and I know everyone in the business so word gets around quick!

Carrying all the brands (and a few extras) that Raylon did. Huge selection of hair color and products, skin care, makeup, waxing and lots of nail supplies too. Even with the craziness of switching businesses, the sales associates were extremely helpful and pleasant. I will now be coming here for my beauty needs instead of CosmoProf. The difference between SalonCentric and other beauty distributors is truly night and day. Couldn't say enough good things about the customer service here!! 5 out of 5 stars, easily.

When I first went there I was extremely sick with an autoimmune disease that had undiagnosed by my previous PCP for up to two years despite many visits to the office and ER. On my very first visit with Heather, she knew what I was dealing with and within an hour I was set up to see a specialist. Within a few days I was scheduled for the first part of my treatment and she has managed that as well as other things ever since. Not long after, my children and I were diagnosed with a rare connective tissue disorder that, especially then, was mostly unknown even to physicians. Heather was honest with me from the beginning that we were gonna have to learn our way together and I appreciated that so much. Anytime I learned something new, she's been open to hearing it. It's been a lot of trial and error, but I'm very fortunate in that I haven't had to do it alone because I've always had Heather. I say fortunate because I've met many people who can't say the same. I believe it's because she is humble and when you deal with incurable conditions, lifelong conditions, you'll learn quickly that humility is not an easy thing to find and you'll have to become your strongest advocate. But I know that Heather and PA Cole and Dr. Gold and PA Brandy, they'll have my back. So in my opinion, based on my experience, there is no better practice in this area. The staff is also very efficient and they will come to know you by name fairly quickly. I hope this helps someone
