She was extremely patient and amenable to all of the (many) questions I had as a first-time facial-ee. Going with the Procell microchanneling treatment, she was attentive to special requests and alterations. I don't ever get facials. I have a very simple process for my facial care, so I've never took the time to get facials. When an opportunity arose, I was excited to experience it because my birthday was coming up. I was greeted with warm smiles and professionalism upon arrival. Yuri took me to the back and provided me with a Clean & Natural Facial and a Scalp Massage. As she was preparing me for my facial, she asked questions and engaged in conversation to find out a little bit more about me so that she could adequately provide this service. She was very pleasant and had great positive energy. Yuri was gentle yet firm in her delivery of the facial. Her scalp massage was very soothing. My entire experience lasted approximately 50 minutes. At the end of my visit, my face felt refreshed and hydrated. There was also a glow to my face when I looked in the mirror. Yuri advised me on my routine facial care before escorting me back to the front desk for check out. I was pleased with my service and handed her a 20% tip to show my gratitude. I experienced professional and welcoming staff. The vibe is truly relaxing and I enjoyed the background music. The decor is beautiful here. I had a brow tinting appointment with Aryanna. Aryanna did a great job tinting my brows. I'm pleased with the service. I went with the dark brown color. With a less is more mindset, I've embraced my natural shape of my brows and at times I enjoy the tint to help them look full without taking away too much of the natural looking vibe. Recommended place for a relaxing facial in Fenton. I received the clean and natural facial with Destinee and loved it! I've tried facials in the past and did not enjoy them. This experience has changed my opinion of them. All of the employees here were welcoming and soft spoken. The entire experience was relaxing with the comfortable beds, weighted blankets, calm music, and attentive estheticians. Destinee asked me about my skin before hand, inquired about my preferences (regarding extractions, weighted blanket, etc.) and provided recommendations afterwards. I thought I was going to fall asleep during the facial it was so peaceful. I recommend adding on the scalp massage to treat yourself further. My skin is sensitive so I appreciate that they took this into account. My skin looked and felt great afterwards. The products used were either unscented or had faint scents. I got my facial done with Bridney, and it was an amazing experience! The inside is nice and clean with an open concept that I wasn't sure about at first but it works! I can totally see going with a friend to get a facial. With Bridney I went over my skin concerns, the amount of pressure for the massage and she got me ready for my facial. I love that they had a basket to put all of your things in. I LOVED the beds that you laid on. They were so comfortable! We started the facial with choosing an essential oil which was nice. I also did the Gua sha add on which I think was worth it. I really loved the facial, Bridney did an amazing job. I will be back. I made my first appointment at the event but they also have an app to book and see their menu. I am excited to also try their lash and brow services. I had a facial and lash lift plus tint. My esthetician was Jennie. She was sooo informative of every part of the journey. I said I was cold and she gave me a weighted blanket and sheet. She massaged me and my face. It was so relaxing. I did have a little bit of trouble with the glue and tape so she made sure to put notes in my profile. However, my only issue with this place was my appt was set for 10:40 and they called me at 10:15 asking if I was running late. 10 out of 10 I loved everything about this Yelp event. There is soooo much parking in Fenton thanks to their many parking decks. Face Foundrié is right off the main road and so easy to get to. The staff was so friendly when I arrived. Nice calming vibes while I waited for my facial. Marie was excellent! She made my first facial experience so peaceful I seriously almost feel asleep. The chairs you lay on were so incredibly comfy if I could, I would but one myself. The facial helped my acne for quite a while (over a week) while I so appreciate. From the very start where you nestle under a weighted blanket and then take in a deep breath of essential oils all the way until the end, the one hour feels both long and short. I was so excited to have my FIRST facial (considering my age not sure how that is possible). I was very excited to experience the Cryo Queen 9For kings and queens alike, this facial uses cryo technology that firms, lifts, and tightens the skin while brightening and boosting circulation. Top it off with a restorative LED treatment and glow for days!) which was suggested by the staff at the Anniversary party. I arrived early (of course) for my appointment with Imani. Parking was a breeze as was check-in. I was in the first section right behind the welcome desk/register. I would have preferred a bed a little further back as anyone in the lobby could watch my treatment. Imani got me situated in the bed with the weighted blanket, and it was very comfy. As Imani went through the treatment, she explained what she was doing, but then kindly let me relax and enjoy. In my less fancy version, a facial is having someone else put random stuff on your face and then take it off multiple times to improve your skin. The highlight was the hot towels removing each treatment as that felt awesome. I also liked the ice cube treatment, but was a bit surprised how brief the "cryo" portion of the session. Then as I returned back to reality, I asked Imani about the LED treatment as I didn't fall asleep and miss it. Unfortunately, the booking system on Face Foundrié's side showed me booked for a Foundrié Glow session, but my appointment notifications and calendar invites from the same Face Foundrié system showed I was booked for Cryo Queen. I have to admit, this was quite disappointing to not receive the scheduled treatment. The staff was really nice and offered to allow me to book another session for Cryo Queen, but I was not very eager to book another session due to this error. I don't think I am one who truly would enjoy regular facials as I am just as happy to wash and dry my own face. Everyone at Face Foundrié was very nice and this is probably a great place for someone who will appreciate all of the fanciness. I was really looking forward to trying Face Foundrié after receiving a complimentary visit during an event. I booked my appointment on the spot few weeks ago and rearranged my schedule to make it work. As a potential new client, I was disappointed to receive a call just two hours before my appointment asking to reschedule. First impressions matter, and this felt inconsistent--especially considering their own policy strictly penalizes clients for canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours. It's surprising they don't hold themselves to the same standard. I hope they improve their scheduling process because I was excited to experience their services. read more

Face Foundrié was a great experience to say the least. I'm not kidding when I say I had the best facial at Face Foundrié and the service was the best. Firstly, I was offered a blanket, which I thought was awesome that it came with the service. Secondly, the esthetician asked if it was okay for her to speak throughout my facial to help me understand what products she was applying to my face and what they did, or if I would rather have a silent session. I thought it was amazing that she gave me the option to choose. I've never felt so relaxed during my facial at Face Foundrié. I think that was the best facial I've ever had! I was a little scared walking in because I've never been to a place that didn't have individual rooms for the service, but it didn't bother me at all. I liked the weighted blanket and the beds were so soft?!? My service was amazing and a lot of the products smelled good and not chemically. I appreciated that I was offered to be talked through all the steps or have a quiet service, because I've been in some chatty situations and it can be very uncomfortable to ask them to stop talking lol. I also appreciated that I was given a card at the end about when I can restart using certain products because I definitely would have forgotten if she just told me. I was really excited to visit this new establishment as I was looking for a new spot to spoil myself as a new mom. I initially booked brow lamination and lash lift plus tint and was able to get same-day appointment, which I was very pleased about. Upon entering face foundrie, I immediately felt relaxed and impressed about the vibe of the place. I came in about 10 minutes early for my 230 appointment. I wasn't seen until like 236. Upon laying on the treatment bed, I was asked if I preferred a weighted blanket, which I thought was a nice touch. My aesthetician told me she was gonna do the lash lift first. I asked her if both services were safe for nursing moms, and she said it should be okay.. Minutes later, she said they could not do the brow lamination due to the chemicals, which I am okay with skipping. But all throughout the appointment I was second guessing myself if the lash lift was even safe for me and my little one. Ofcourse, I could not use my phone and do my own research (which I should have done before hand!!!!) I wish they had flagged my appointment request as I sent the forms to them, I remember one of the questions was if I was pregnant or nursing. It did not trigger any warning for me when I put that I was nursing, and it let me book the services. Also, when I was at the store, they obviously did not review my forms. If I did not ask if it was safe for breastfeeding moms, I would have proceeded with the brow lamination without even knowing its contraindicated with nursing... I could have went home to my LO and nursed him and potentially exposing him to toxic chemicals! Okay, rant over, I dont typically leave reviews, but mistakes happen, just wanted to give other people a heads up, especially if youre a first time mom, do your research first as not every establishment with educate you and be an advocate on whats safe or not. read more

Face Foundrie is a quick and easy semi-private, clean, facial spot. I've only gotten the clean facial with the LED upgrade, and while they dont steam your face before hand, you do feel leaving clean/fresh and my skin was significantly brighter. The facial usually comes with a pretty good neck massage too. The front desk team was also super accommodating when I needed to push my membership a few months because I broke my nose. Feedback would be is it is a lot easier to just walk-in and make an appointment v. calling or using the online portal. The online portal can be tricky if you want to book with certain girls, but think The Now but for facials. Membership also comes with a monthly gift and for the price comparison (to say a European-style luxury hotel facial) it's a pretty good affordable option. It's also nice to see the local shop sponsoring Cary events and partaking in the community! Every time I've been the owner was in the back, so I also appreciate a hands-on boss. read more
