That "5-minute" massage honestly felt more like 15 minutes, and I didn't even realize how badly I needed it. It was so good that I ended up booking a full 1-hour massage. My massage therapist did an amazing job -- by the end, she was even stretching everything out, and I felt so much better afterward. When I went to pay, I started chatting with another employee about the Japanese head spa. I've been wanting to try one for a while, but there really haven't been any in Marin -- and this is the first one here! She explained the entire head spa process to me and even gave me a complimentary 5-minute sample. That was all it took -- I ended up booking the full Japanese head spa service too. One of the coolest parts was that they show you your scalp on camera before and after the treatment, and the difference was huge. They also recommend products based on your specific scalp type, which I thought was really helpful. I had absolutely no intention of getting a massage or a head spa today, but somehow I walked out 3 hours later feeling completely refreshed. I'd honestly say it was the incredibly friendly staff and the amount of care they put into making you feel welcome that made the experience so special. From the cute little pink slippers to the coffee machine and cozy atmosphere, everything felt so thoughtful and inviting. I'll definitely be back! Also prices are very reasonable!
