This was my first time ever getting an eyelash lift. The lash artist was very nice and informative…read moreand talked me through the whole process before we even started. They get some background information to make sure that you don't get any bad reactions and she checked with me through the process to make sure I was comfortable. The process took about an hour in total but it went by quickly as I chatted with the lash artist and she talked me through everything that she was doing. I was also given some aftercare tips and informed about eyelash growth cycles and I walked away feeling really good. You also get a eyelash tint with the eyelash lift. The bed they have you lay on is quite comfortable, they have you take off your shoes and jacket before getting on the table. No complaints there but it was a bit cold in the studio so I was quickly cold and looking forward to the session being done so that I could put my coat and scarf back on. One other thing I am also not a fan of is that they have no dividers in between their beds or anything. I am personally used to any beauty appointments being one on one and in private rooms or at least having more distance between me and the other customers. This studio is small, so if you are like me just be aware that you are close to other customers getting beauty services.
