my experience was horrible I did a ombre powder and I was not thrilled with my results kristina was very unprofessional wasn't clear and did her own thing to my brows. I had my browns tinted last week by Ashley. Within four days the color was very faded, esp on one brow more than the other. Tried to reach Ashley to talk abt the issue- had to rebook on their website and say for her to call me asap as that's the only way to reach anyone. There's no phone number, no email, no way to contact anyone. Haven't heard back in three days. Tried to IG message, haven't heard back. There is no way to cancel an appt, as There is no line of communication. I better not get charged for the appt slot I had to book as the only form of communication. If so, I will be disputing the CC company. Bottom line: crappy job on brows, even worse communication. read more

My gf has been going to LUX for about a year now to get her eyebrows laminated and tinted. I never saw much of an improvement for how expensive this place is. The fact that it only lasts a few days makes it a complete waste. With that said her last appointment was an awful experience. The technician, who was coughing throughout the procedure, made her get a terrible flu soon after that she's still battling. I strongly advise against visiting this salon as they neglect basic hygiene practices and put customers' health at risk. Seek services elsewhere for your own well-being. read more

I'm not sure why it took me so long to finally come to LUX to get my eyebrows done. Amanda has been doing my eyebrows for the past 3 or so years and I finally had the time to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted for the first time! I asked her if I would be a good candidate to get my eyebrows tinted since they're already pretty dark and I've never had them tinted before. Amanda said it wasn't necessary but I would definitely like it. I really appreciated this because she was honest with me and wasn't trying to push an additional service on me that I didn't exactly need. I ended up getting the tint with the wax and I LOVE the results. I seriously recommend both Amanda and Sarah. I refuse to let anyone else touch my brows. I'll definitely be back soon! read more

Amanda has been a godsend to my brows. She has been doing them since early 2019. I get a brow lamination every eight weeks, and my brows waxed and shaped every four weeks. Trust me Amanda is great. Let's be honest, getting your eyebrows done by someone new is terrifying. If they mess up your brows, you're toast. Amanda waxed my eyebrows for the first time, and she taught me a lot about my eyebrows, my shape, the coloring that would make my eyes and overall face pop. My eyebrows were PERFECT. I never knew they could look so good. I'd always been self conscious. She treated me like my wedding was tomorrow.
