Picture shows the stages of where I started, what I asked for and what the final result was.

Asked for Henna Brows. I was told they would last 2 weeks..... this is same day results after being there an hour and a half. The staff were very nice, but this is not the quality I was looking for. Disappointed

My lash came off in chunks within only 4 days.

I attend church in the area, after leaving service on Saturday 12/11 I thought I'd try out this establishment. I had an upcoming birthday on 12/14 and wanted to get my eyebrows cleaned up as well as eyelashes. The service appeared good and was fast. The woman who did my lashes was friendly and we chatted as she worked about it being my birthday. Another woman came over on two occasions to give her guidance and suggestions on my eyelashes. They looked fine when I was done. Not my normal eyelash extensions but not terrible for individuals. My total was $43 and I paid $50 including a tip. The issue arises when the morning of my birthday which was Tuesday, 12/14 came. My left lash came off in big chunks, about 85% of my lash came off. It had only been 4 days. I get eyelashes regularly and have for years so I know how to maintain them. Eyelashes professionally done coming off within 4 days is unacceptable. The woman who performed my services had advised me that if this occurred to just come back and they will fill the gaps and suggested not to remove the entire eyelash. This is exactly what I did. I had to go out of my way on my birthday and make another trip from my home to the shop which is about a 15-20 minute drive. It was an inconvenience on my special day and I had planned. Upon entering, I was told to have a seat in the chair right away. The woman who was giving the guidance on my initial visit greeted me and inquired what I was in for today. I explained that I had just been there on Saturday and then pointed at my lash. She walked around trying to locate the supplies that were needed to service me. There was a woman receiving what looked to be a facial in the chair next to me. The woman who is supposed to be assisting me then asks if I have 5 minutes so she can rinse off her facial products. Needless to say, it took longer than 5 minutes. Why sit me in the chair if you're not ready to service me?? Any who, she fixes my left eyelash and says "now they should last 3 weeks". She speaks to a co-worker next to her in their language. That co-worker then walks me to the front and is going toward the cash register. I ask her, oh I'm sorry I owe a fee? She says yes you got a fill. A fill??? Are you kidding me??? A fill is typically in 2 weeks or so; I was just there on Saturday and it's now Tuesday. She said and I quote "they don't guarantee lashes". The woman who fixed my lashes literally just said they should last 3 weeks now. The woman could see that I was irritated, she acts like she's doing me a favor by saying we normally charge $15 for a fill but I'll charge you $10. Don't get me wrong, $10 is not a ton of money but it's the principle! The woman who initially did my lashes may have been new, why else would she need someone to advise her. Good customer service would have been to correct the issue with no additional charge. So in total I paid $60 plus my time and gas for basic individual lashes that normally cost $30-$40. I get top notch eyelash extensions for $65+ at Klassy Lashes and Threading located at 425 E Roosevelt Rd, Lombard, IL 60148. And they last!!! I didn't want to have to drive from Romeoville to Lombard and was looking for a new eyelash place since I'm new to the area but this place definitely won't be it. Horrible customer service and I won't be returning. And I'll be glad to share my experience with my fellow mega church members.

Small burn on right cheek

Update: See new photo as you can see the burn is so much visible. I was unable to hide it even after applying makeup. I would just suggest to please check the temp of your hot wax or ask people beforehand if they have sensitive skin like me.

Love it! I go often. The owner is lovely. Eyebrow threading and waxing is an in and out. The oil hair massage is fantastic.

But for the following month, they canceled my appt the day of with barely any notice and no explanation. Just a text that it was canceled. Then I got a mani pedi here. I waited for 15 min before my tech came and that was after I approached the desk to inquire because it was like they just totally forgot about me. Then my polish peeled off after ONE day. They need to invest in better polish. This place tries really hard to be a classy day spa, but it's just a miss.

I typically don't leave 1-star reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience…read more I had an appointment scheduled at 6:15 PM with Colette for a single-process color. When I booked the appointment through the online portal and selected her as the colorist, the estimated cost was listed at approximately $120. I understand that pricing can vary, but I do expect some level of transparency and consistency when booking services. When I arrived, Colette initially complimented my current hair (brown with highlights), but then questioned my decision to go back to a single dark brown color. Rather than feeling guided or supported, I felt uncertain and somewhat discouraged about my choice--even though I knew exactly what I wanted. A more reassuring and collaborative approach would have made a big difference. Shortly after, I was informed that the service would cost $160, which was significantly higher than the quoted estimate I received when booking. This was not clearly explained beforehand, which added to my frustration. During the application process, I felt the service was rushed and lacked attention to detail. The color was slapped onto my head --within about 15-20 minutes--and it felt careless at times, as I ended up with color on my sweatshirt and hands. The overall experience came across as unprofessional, and it gave me the impression that the service was being hurried, possibly due to the time of day. Afterward, I was taken to the shampoo station. While the assistant was kind, the experience felt minimal--there was no conditioner massage or the level of care I've typically received during similar services. Once I was seated at the dryer, my hair was still quite wet, which I didn't mind. However, Colette briefly came by, said it looked good, handed me her business card, and quickly left. Overall, I paid $160 for a service that felt rushed, inattentive, and not worth the cost. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling disappointed, as though my money was not well spent.
