Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with Jeanne. I was looking forward to getting my hair done as I hadn't done it in months. After she finished my hair, I did not feel it was the tone I asked for. I texted her later that day politely asking if she could re-tone my hair, explaining that it wasn't the tone I wanted. She told me she would refund me for the hair coloring because she could not re-tone it if I wasn't going to use professional hair products to use on my hair to upkeep the work she did. I told her it was not very professional to assume I wouldn't (because I would!), and I was just not satisfied with the tone and wanted the highlights blended a bit because they seemed blonde and streaky to me. So she blocks me and never refunds me. I text her again, the message doesn't go through and no response. So, I think Jeanne lacks integrity and professionalism. I wouldn't recommend this business, as I've never been treated that way by a hair stylist. I was able to go somewhere else to tone my hair and they were very helpful and kind about the situation, which helped. read more

I can't believe that I haven't done a review until now! I love this salon. I go to Selena who is an awesome colorist and stylist. Warm and friendly, she takes her work seriously. She and the salon have taken Covid protocols seriously and I felt really safe there. Air movement and spacing is important, they have both plus very high ceilings, which helps. NO STARS!!!!! IF I COULD DO NO STARS I WOULD My daughter had an appointment for Hollywood glam makeup and hair prom from Angelina and was very upset with how it turned out. She had messaged her 2 days prior to let her know that something came up and had to move her appointment up 2 hours. We had no problem with that, but she was rushing everything. The glam curls were nothing glamy and her face looked orangey. The makeup was nothing like the picture she showed her. Her dabs with the brush on her eyes were so harsh that it kept making her eyes water. She seemed irritated with that which was her fault. Her lashes couldn't even be put on correct. I had said " my daughters friend also has an appointment with you" her response with attitude was " no she doesn't, I'm leaving " she looked at her schedule after my daughter told her that she had scheduled her appointment with her through instagram. Instead of taking accountability she told my daughter to call her friend and tell her she needed to be there at 1:30 when the appointment was at 2:30 because she was leaving out of state. Her attitude on speaker to the poor girl was very unprofessional. She told her that she needed to be there by 1:30 if not she'll send her the deposit back because "she's leaving" mind you my daughter paid almost $300 for all she got done only to come home and remove her makeup and do it herself. I can not express how happy I was that I decided to go to Reign Salon for my wedding make over. The mom and daughter duo is unbeatable! Jessica took the time to get my hair the color I going for months prior to the wedding, match me for Halo extensions to get the look I was going for on wedding day. They provided my bridal party and myself with wash and rinse for the night before wedding. Allowed my mom to come decorate and set up goodies in the back room for while we all were getting ready. No one else was there in the salon while my bridesmaids and I all got pampered with hair and make up, drank some mimosas and had bites to eat, which made for a real personable feel. The Salon is BEAUTIFUL which made for some great shots when my photographers arrived. A hair and makeup trial is included with their wedding package and that made me feel super confident leading up to the day of my wedding since we had already tried the looks out. They came to my venue totally prepared and the whole process went so smoothly. They were very on top of their time management so we were able to relax during the process since no one was running late. They used amazing products that had my hair and makeup looking flawless all night - even after hours on the dance floor! I bought a Groupon for Brazilian Keratin, it took the stylist 30 minutes to do it (usually takes 3 hours at least) and the product she used is probably water because I see zeroooo effect. After several weeks of searching for a hair salon, I finally picked the right one. The best of the rest listed on yelp had reviews but not like Reign Salon, this had the most five star reviews. I selected Reign based on those reviews and thank you all the post and for making this decision easier for me. I did not search Antioch before until this past Friday and was able to book an appointment for the next day. I love the salon with old structure mixed with the modern look. Looks very clean and the flow of the stations goes very well with the old brick/masonry walls with the copper ceiling tiles. Very classy!!! Selena was available and I was very happy to have selected her. She did a great job with my hair. I love love what she did. She asked me what I wanted and she listened and made recommendations which was healthier for my hair.
