I am going to share my experience of attempting to purchase. The Beauty Facials, which are $185, I scheduled two appointments for the same day. One was canceled at 6:30am and another at 7:30. Both 4 hours before the appointment. I asked to reschedule due to the last-minute cancelation, but she never responded. One reservation was for someone who is on Yelp Elite, and the other person is heading back to the East Coast on Jan 2nd. Also, the refund of the two $25 deposits would take 5-7 business days. I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company and got the money back immediately. Moral of the story is eventhough you schedule your appointment window, pay for the deposits and put in requests to take time off from work, you're still at the mercy of the business owner and when she decides to work. read more

Wish I could leave a 0 star review and this would definitely be my first ever. We contacted this person who showed availability for two facials back to back, which was a Christmas gift for myself and a friend. The appointments were set for early am. About an hour before the first appointment, I got a message that the masseuse was sick and we needed to reschedule. I felt that was very unprofessional, but I still decided to leave it as that. Then an hour later, my friend gets the same message. It seemed pretty odd that she didn't message us at the same time but basically we both felt like our appointments were replaced, or she forgot to close that slot and cancelled our appointments because she may have had plans. Even after all that, we still decided to see if we could do another day. The lady messaged us back saying if she feels better, she will reach out to us to set another appointment. Well, we never heard back. This was something that we were both looking forward to and for whatever reason, other than what was communicated, we weren't able to enjoy our Christmas gifts. read more
