Previously, I had gone to a different salon on the far west side, and maybe she drank to much coffee but was always in a hurry and would rip through my hair. This is NOT the case with Greta. She is very gentle, never makes me feel like Im being rushed through my appointment. Is always smiling and friendly, and I *LOVE* what she does with my hair!! I always walk out feeling great.
