I booked an online appt for 10am general pedicure for $40 each. I got a text saying it was confirmed then another text saying they couldn't accommodate us till 11:15 which was fine. My elderly mother and I show up and a guy points to a basket and tells us to pick our color. They sit us down, the water is barely Luke warm, my technician named Tiffany trimmed a couple toenails, slathered a scrub on but no massage, rinsed, wrapped in hot towel for no more than 30 seconds, rinsed and started applying polish. I'm not joking when I say my 14 year old could do a better pedicure. I go up to pay and hand her my debit card and she says "no card but there's an atm." I think that's weird but ok. I ask for the total even though I know it's $80 altogether for 2 general pedicures. She says it's $120! I correct her and say " no, we booked the general pedicure and she rudely says "yes but you picked gel polish." Which I say, " no, I chose a color from the basket like I was told. Nothing said gel. "She shrugs and says nothing. It was most definitely the scammiest thing I've ever witnessed. I'm not one to leave businesses a bad review but this is a warning to everyone to AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I had to call my bank and make sure nothing weird came out besides what I withdrew. I went in on a same day appointment getting ready for a vacation. I got a mani pedi. She left globs of nail color on my nails so thick my nails are blunted, I cannot even scratch my arm. They are bumpy and uneven. She wasnt even able to get the color to match from nail to nail as some have more polish then others. She didn't actually cover the entire nail and left the sides of the nails natural. For the pedi she was unable to keep the paint on my nails. It's all over my skin and even had a run of polish down the side of my toe. With no time before I leave I have no choice but to remove the color knowing I wasted $120!!! read more

Lisa gave me a manicure in 8 minutes that was just a joke. I had to come home and correct 6 nails. One was so messed up at the corner that I will have to wait until it grows out a little before I can shape it into an arc. The salon was clean and the employees were nice enough, but my pedicure felt rushed. The tech spent maybe 20 minutes with me before moving on to another client. She also added on a $10 charge for filing my feet (I don't have a lot of caluses, but wanted my feet filed) and also added on a $2 charge to add an iridescent top coat (my polish). I felt I was being overcharged. There is no info on the website about an additional charge for filing your feet, which I feel is part of a pedicure. Two of us went in pedicures and manicures, barely touched our feet- could still see callouses and didn't clean the oils from our fingers so the gel polish had bubbles in it and came off the very next day. This place is not cheap - $240 for two simple rushed gel polishes - would never return. Owners made it apparent they felt they were doing you a favor - treating you more as an annoyance and less as a customer. read more

I Should have read the reviews before coming to this place, by far the worst pedicure I've had! Not only did they do a terrible job on my pedicure the woman ( who I think is the owner) gave me so much attitude for telling her the nail polish wasn't coated correctly. But it gets worse, she used the same nail clippers that she used on me for the next client. So unsanitary, I feel so gross and I'd be careful to get anything done here. I haven't been in this salon in a couple of year , it used to be much better. The woman I had was more occupied with her own agenda with phone calls etc. She did a very poor job with pedicure, along with absolutely no care for detail or applying nail polish and was trying to over charge me also when I went to pay. I had an *extremely* mediocre pedicure here. Granted, it's in a strip mall next to the Bi-Mart, so expectations were low, and I knew I should have driven to Bend, but I was feeling lazy and paid the price. The 60-ish year old woman who played around with my feet probably didn't spend her girlhood in Southeast Asia dreaming of emigrating to the US and rubbing my feet in Central Oregon, and she was pleasant and smiling throughout, but she really didn't know how to give a pedicure. NO cuticle remover or nipping at all; in fact she used the cuticle nippers to cut the edges of my nails. She spent probably a total of 40 seconds on the cuticle / nail edge area of each foot. SO disappointing. She spoke no english so I couldn't even discuss it with her if I'd wanted to, and I didn't want to be the Karen in the room who started squawking at someone else's nail technician. I (foolishly) chose the fancy sounding top shelf pedicure, which turned out to be a litany of ineffective massage and hot stones that nearly burned my feet. The "massage" was more of a gentle stroking of my calves ... Midway through I decided to opt out of any nail polish, because this sweet & smiling woman obviously had NO skills in the realm of nail care and I feared that my nails would look like a 4th grader painted them. So, I paid the $67 price tag for basically a foot massage and walked out with feet that were moisturized but definitely NOT manicured. I will have to do my own cuticles and polish at home. Lesson learned. Won't be returning. read more

I never leave yelp reviews, let alone negative ones but I had the worst experience here getting a manicure. I am giving it one star because I called as soon as they opened and got a last minute appointment later in the day. The worst manicure I've ever had; she was very rude to start and wouldn't let me finish a sentence as to what service I wanted. She asked me to change my polish five times and seemed upset that I didn't pick her color. She left chips on my nails, performed service that I did not request and said no to, left excess nail polish all over my fingers, and to top it off charged me 70$ for it!! I asked for gel polish (I had completely naked nails) and a chrome top. I got a random layer of acrylic that will ruin my nails, the gel color wasn't even on any finger, and my chrome top ended up being just sparkles. I honestly and just upset that there are people in this world as ingenue as this woman. I feel robbed and will never be getting my nails done here again. read more

very disappointed! went in for a basic pedicure today. all she did was soak my legs do a quick scrub of my heals and put color on. 40 bucks! plus she charged me to use my visa. she did not push the cuticle back, she did not use a base coat! so now my toenails look bumpy. horrible customer service! no tip from me. won't go back. read more

Pretty good service. Fast and efficient, but not very clear or communicative service. I would have liked some "manicure" type service before the dip set was started, like cuticle trimming/softening, going straight to the grinder and using it to trim the cuticles was a little painful. I also wanted a coffin shape, but they said that coffin "looked funny" with shorter nails, even though I had done my research and I really like the short coffin look. But I'm not very comfortable being pushy, so now I have squarish nails that are a bit chunky for my taste. They also had lots of sparkle colors in their choices pallet, but apparently only had a few of those in stock. As a result, I had to change my choice on the spot, feeling like I was wasting time considering options, when I had already spent a while with my initial decision. The online booking would also be improved by better explanations of available services, not every salon uses the same terminology, so I wasn't sure what to book in order to get what I wanted (looking back, I think I needed to book a manicure in addition to my full set). I did not have time to get a pedicure at home in the Portland area, so I decided to find a place while at our condo in Sisters. I googled to find a place and chose this one and made an appointment for the same day. I do not know what the technician's name was, since she never introduced herself. She did ask me to choose the color and gave me options for higher and more costly level pedicures. I kept with the $35 plan which seemed to be what I usually have. However, I have never had a pedicure with so little care or minimal effort. Fortunately I had brought my own files, since I have how read some of the reviews (there are lots of really bad ones). I should have read them before making the appointment. There was no foot massage at all, just sort of spreading a little lotion on the calfs. The polish is sloppy, going over the cuticles and not consistently covering the ends of the nails. Of course, the dry skin of the callouses were not touched at all, no cleaning under the nails, no pushing back cuticles. I was bewildered by the lack of service of any kind. She was just constantly chatting across the salon with other technicians. The service and work was absolutely as minimal as it can get and total lack of care of the customer. I had already decided to leave a minimum tip, if at all, when I was told that they only take cash. When I pulled out 35 dollars plus whatever extra I had in cash, she told me that it would be $50. She said because of the shellac and I can use the ATM. I did point out that when I made the appointment i should have been told that it is cash only and that shellac would be extra. She argued with me saying that it was on my phone when appointment was confirmed. i pulled out the text and there was no such entry. I used the ATM, got the extra cash, and left her $50 in cash, no tip. Stunned, but happy to be out of there!!! read more

Went here to get Pedicures with my family before a wedding. It was nice and comfortable.

I went to my second appointment to have a mani pedi and the last time I was there it was $97 including the two files. Well today I went again to try and save a few bucks by getting a basic pedicure with regular polish On my toes. Well when the technician found out she talked me into gel polish the first time and to remove it from my toes would be an extra $10. I told her money was tight but go ahead with gel on both fingers and toes. She held the calculator up for me to see and it had $95 on it. What was I to say? I paid it however I received a more thorough pedicure the first time I was there. No hot towel for instance. Not returning. It's to bad because their close to home. read more

This will be the last time I go here. My toes look worse than when I went in. The only "pedi" thing she did was clip my nails, no cuticle trim, no filing, and left traces of old polish on. Scalding hot towels were put on my feet after a rushed "sugar scrub" and I sat there forever afterwards until they were ice cold while she went to work on someone else. Apparently "pedicure" is defined as a 5 min leg massage because that's where all the energy went and not even by my nail person. My nails look ragged and she actually applied polish onto dead cuticle! The polish was applied sloppily and hurriedly and I had to come home and clean around the edges. A large group came in and I was all but abandoned. Really awful place and expensive. Terrible terrible terrible. Don't waste your money here. read more

The people are really nice and chatty so it pains me to give them a poor review. The day I went (a weekend), they were very busy and the gentleman did not know how to remove my shellac pedicure. He received info but still caused my skin a little damage. Meanwhile, I asked for polish to be removed from my fingernails and it was done so quickly that polish remains on the nails afterwards. I believe they should have turns me away as they didn't have the staff to adequately service my needs. read more
