At first I was second guessing since balloon animals might be considered fun for a younger group of kids (age 3-6) but I was completely wrong. Most of the kids at our communion party were age 7 to 9 and they all loved the balloons. They were all intricately done and extremely detailed. I would highly recommend cruzzing balloons. This guy is extremely rude, and isn't very fair or friendly to the kids. He doesn't understand how to balance the amount of time he's spending on each creation with the amount of kids waiting in line. He'll spend an insane amount of time making a really intricate and complex balloon for one customer if he finds it interesting, and the make a two-second balloon for the next customer who's been waiting for an hour. He seems to be making the balloons for his own creative enjoyment rather than as a service to the people that are waiting for them. He doesn't smile or talk to the kids, he's rude to the parents. We spent an hour waiting in line in the sun to get a balloon for my son and my daughter. He made my daughter a 2 second balloon, and then told me we had to get back in line again to wait for my son to get a balloon. When I argued with him and said that all the other parents were waiting in line once to get their kids each a balloon, he got rude and just left. Honestly, I really can't believe he's still in business doing anything with kids. I do think he's fantastic at making balloon art, but overall each time my kids have waited and tried to get a balloon they've left super sad and hot and tired.

(Keep in mind this is my only contact with her, she never spoke to me prior). I had organized a taco truck company and jumper/snow cone machine so I was busy dealing with other companies during the event. My wife, mother, and two other adult guests informed me she had been extremely snippy during the process. When she arrived she kept asking about payments and during the process just asking about payments. She got paid, she got the deposit but there was a lot of attitude given. I'm giving positive stars because she does a great job and the kids were happy with the product. However, a better "happy heart" should come with that service.

Cristina came all the way from almost Daily City to our home on Nob Hill last minute on Halloween night and was on time down to the minute. She was very professional and had all the supplies to make my girlfriend and I look like movie stars. She was so well accommodating and told us she could do anything we wanted for our faves but we told her to take her artistic creativity and it turned out great! I kid you not everywhere we went we were like move stars with complete strangers asking to take photos with us because of our awesome faces. Also the actual pain dried right away and even though we didn't get home until close to 5AM in the morning both of our faces looked just as good as when she had just finished! He reads the crowd of kids and finds the kid who seems a sad and cheers them up... the kid who had a little too much sugar calms them down. He was the toddler whisperer at our event. It allowed all the adults the ability to enjoy ourselves while the kids were occupied. And they had a great time with the events carefully administered by creative entertainment. A few weeks before the party I emailed her to make sure we were still on, and she said "yes." Then a few days before the event she contacted me and cancelled at the last minute because she had a scheduling conflict. I was left finding another vendor during the busiest time of the year with only a few days notice. Then, to make matters worse, when I asked her to return my deposit she said she would send a check to my home address (yet I submitted my payment through Paypal), which never showed up. I inquired twice more, and was initially told it was on its way and then never heard back from her again. Update: Never received refund in the mail; never received an email with a picture of a receipt, as stated. Apparently received all other forms of communication.
