It might just be my standards, but I think it shows professionalism and seriousness when the workspace is clean, clear and ready for business when your client arrives, especially to make a good first impression. Then, during the facial, while the mask was setting, she made a personal phone call where we could overhear her discussion. The extractions were quite painful and my daughter winced and moved her feet quite a bit to get through it. The appointment itself was close to 2 hours long. I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company and got the money back immediately.
