I wanted to share a really positive experience I had with RenewMD. The staff there are very knowledgeable and are super professional. Dr. Sethi and Nurse Kat really know their craft. I'd been dealing with some pretty stubborn acne scars for a while. The team at Renew came up with a treatment plan that would give me the best improvement, and I've seen a big difference in my skin. The scarring is much less noticeable now, and in some areas, now undetectable. In addition to addressing texture issues, they very naturally rejuvenated my appearance with a touch of Juvéderm fillers (a collection of HA fillers with different textures used to address a number of concerns like facial laxity, improved definition and structure, and just overall rejuvenation.) This gave me a refreshed look and I absolutely love seeing the improvement. It makes me feel so much more confident. Honestly, overall I am really impressed with their knowledge, skill and how they specialize in pigmented skin. I always feel safe with Dr. Sethi and Nurse Kat. They even have a skincare line dedicated to skin of color, including a coconut cleanser that basically does the job of my cleansing oil/regular cleanser combo but with one less step. For Christmas my daughter bought me an Obagi facial. I associate a facial with a spa like, quiet facility that smells like eucalyptus. Not this place. I arrived and learned that this office also handles urology patients. It's just weird to be waiting for a facial while others are getting directions on how to handle their urine specimen. When I arrived the staff behind the counter was more worried about getting the radio working then checking me in. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Thank goodness my facial with Sandra was fabulous!! I will return because of her and I highly recommend the Obagi facial. I just looked at the pictures and video the owner posted. She needs to make a new video and include that you share a waiting room with men asking for Viagra and others giving urine specimen. IDK it's just weird. 2nd appointment update: I consider myself a very compassionate, caring person. So while seated in the waiting room on my very first appointment, I was concerned that the chairs by the check-in counter were just to close together. I brought it to the attention of the office manager because I saw a much older gentleman drop his cane because he was trying to hold a pee container and shuffle his feet to turn around in a tight space. It's ridiculous. I went back today to get another facial and they did nothing!! The chairs are still blocking full access to the counter. Why? The chairs aren't that big. Just rearrange your office. It's not that hard. It's clear that they really don't care about their customers. It's all about the money. I still love Sandra and getting an Obagi facial. Thank you Sandra!! read more

I have been getting my Botox at another Medspa in downtown Tracy and decided to try RenewMD since they are closer to where we moved recently. When I walked in, I immediately felt like I was walking into a much more professional medical office. It was clean and welcoming and the staff is very friendly. At the other Medspa, they said that I needed the entire 40 units injected to see a difference in my forehead wrinkles. That is clearly not the case... They used 12 units along the wrinkles in my forehead and four units in my neck... After about three days, I saw a huge difference. At the other Medspa, after being dosed with the full 40 units, I had little to no mobility in my forehead muscles and it was very uncomfortable. Nobody told me that it would take a few days to see the results if done properly. If you are currently getting Botox treatments and your aesthetician tries to tell you that you need all 40 units, you are getting ripped off. I have 34 units banked and that will last for another two or three visits. I highly recommend RenewMD! read more

I could hear her through the phone when Stephanie sent her a picture of me to evaluate it and the doctor replied with "whoa!" when she saw it. Update: You don't have to lie and say I'm jumping to conclusions. Yes you talked to me but it was before when you were talking to Stephanie. It was loud and clear. The staff was so sweet and made me feel comfortable and welcome in their really cute office even though I was extremely early I waited for my appointment with some water they provided. I was even able to be seen a bit earlier and start the numbing process while I waited for the nurse. I saw Gisselle for lips and cheek filler and I'm obsessed with my results! She's so gentle & knowledgeable about facial anatomy and how to address the concerns I had. The actual treatment was great. I was surprised at how minimal the discomfort was if any!! I would not recommend this place. They are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment 8n Saturday at 11:15 and was told they could not see me because they sent an automated text message needing to change my appointment to 1:00pm. I responded to their text and was sent back the number they sent a text from could not receive text messages.. You pay them for a service they do not pay you and when they schedule an appointment with a new client they should not be putting that client on the spot. Very unprofessional for wasting my time.
