The owner herself called me at 9:30 at night to tell me my appt was cancellled and I'm being put on a waitlist because I had been going there 1 year and not purchased product. I was getting Botox there and was unaware I needed to purchase her skin care products. My appt is 2 days away and I'm getting notice this late. She states her assistant just up and left her then she got stuck in Mexico for 1 month due to Covid and due to that she is going broke and she needs money. I told her I'm sorry but felt this was very unprofessional. I understand her circumstance but had she called me informing me I needed to buy products on top of getting Botox I would probably had done it. But since she reiterated I'm on the waitlist again I just told her to cancel and that I would not be going back. I just feel she went about this very unprofessionally. read more

Yesterday I had the enjoyable opportunity to have a therapeutic massage by KYM. First, let me say that you need to experience her massages! Omg! The Spa is so calming and therapeutic. Let me give you a written visual. When I walked in the spa, the lights were dimmed with Natural sunlight and dark grey walls and cabinets. There was a cushioned bench with bright and whimsical pillows and two cushioned chairs with pillows, some mirrors to the left and one that had #Selflove hand written on it at the top. I was greeted with a smile by the lady at the front desk (Sorry I don't remember her name :-() who told name Kym would be right out. I waited for a few minutes and shortly after Kym came out to greet me. As I walked down the hall we went into the first door on the right which had barn sliding doors (so cute LOL) I loved the whole set up in the spa it was unique and charming. Kym made me feel comfortable, very professional and kind hearted. I changed and got on the table shortly after Kym came back into the room and proceeded to give me my massage. When I tell you this woman has the best healing hands ever!!! I cried on the table as she massage my shoulders... I guess I had a lot of tension that needed to be released and as a result I let it all out. Kym took her time and massaged out all of the tension as much as possible she used a jade rock as part of the massage therapy because my back was so tense. It was an invigorating experience. I highly recommend elevate spa if you're looking massage therapy. I paid 150.00 for an hour deep tissue massage. If you have not experienced a massage by Kym you're missing out!Thank you KYM! I had an appointment recently and didn't get past Kym. The minute I got there I was told to immediately to wash my hands. I also read a sign about 6 feet social distancing in a very small front room. Please note I was there for Botox so not sure how they were going to pull that off? I complied with the washing of my hands however it was not long enough according to Kym. She stated that I must do it again. As I started to wash them AGAIN I told her this was over the top. I stated that I am really bothered by someone telling me how long and how many times I need to wash my hands. She did not like it that I was questioning her authority. She then asked me to step outside and leave. I will never go back there! This is not how you treat customer, especially if you want to stay in business during a recession. Lovely place, friendly staff but a poor Brazilian wax job. Patches of hair remained -1" in length!! Not worth the $60 price tag. I expected a far better wax job than what I received! Strips are used instead of hard wax. Overall it was an extremely ammature job!! So disappointed!! read more

She was working at Reflections, then went to Lavender Fields and eventually was able to open up her place. It's pretty small and usually open only by appointments but she always seemed to fit me in the last minute. I had received a gift certificate from my fiancé for Christmas from them and was super excited to go and get my pedicure since it would be my first relaxing thing since having my baby. I was very disappointed when I called to make an appointment and found out instead that they no longer offered pedicures (when it's still offered online) and they didn't offer anything to compensate for it. It was basically and "ohwell" situation. I really just wanted to get my money back since there is no other things I wanted to do, and that also was a "no ohwell" situation.
