Hands down best facial I've ever had.KARI has magic fingers with just the right amount of pressure to receive ultimate relaxation and even help relieved my sinus inflammation due to allergies. I absolutely melted into the facialist bed as she massaged my neck. I cannot oversell her enough. I recently visited Face to Face in Westlake for a facial with Chelsea. I am a male and have had other skin care facials and peels done but I am not a regular so I am still nervous to get these done. With that said Chelsea was wonderful! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She made my skin feel rejuvenated and clean. She explained the process and why she was doing what she was doing. My technician - Ashley - was so thorough while examining my skin and she answered all of my skin problems before getting started, she also solved skin issues I've dealt with for YEARS! I was offered (but not pressured) into purchasing more than I intended and the results were well worth my money! I received so many compliments on my skin because she helped me make the safest decision on which facial to receive due to my habits. This was my first time at Face to Face, and they made a great impression. I went for a new client special that was a good value. The front desk staff was super welcoming and accommodating. I had my treatment with Bree. She is such a sweetheart and made me feel at ease and taken care of! I appreciated that she listened to my individual requests and needs and tailored the treatment to exactly what I wanted. And the massage was a great bonus! Where do I START?! Facetoface is HORRIBLE. I spent so much money there and never saw results! Oh and don't even bother asking for a manager because the customer service MAJORLY SUCKS BAD... Because they'll just shoe you away. All they want is MONEY and that is more than clear. People... Don't waste your time here. I am dead serious when I say you'll regret it.... TONS! Where do I begin? Face to Face Spa has truly saved my skin. I have struggled with acne my entire life and tried every cream and antibiotic under the sun. I have seen a couple different estheticians at this location and I can say each one really cares about you and your skin. Before anyone had thoroughly assessed my skin or understood my skin type, I was encouraged to sign up for their $300/month membership, which included Botox and a monthly treatment (chemical peel, facial, or skin tightening laser). Looking back, I believe the focus was on selling a membership rather than creating a treatment plan that was actually appropriate for my skin. After my chemical peel and facial, my skin had the worst reaction I've ever experienced. I trusted their recommendations and purchased over $300 worth of skincare products they suggested, but my skin only continued to worsen. What was most concerning was that, despite my skin barrier already being compromised, I was advised to continue receiving laser treatments and was told they would help improve my skin. Instead, my skin continued to worsen. Looking back, I felt there was a greater emphasis on continuing treatments and maintaining my membership than on reevaluating whether the treatment plan was right for me. This experience has been both physically and emotionally devastating. I was, and still am, embarrassed by how my skin looks. I eventually had to repeatedly ask for my membership to be canceled. The before-and-after photos speak for themselves. I deeply regret walking through their doors. See photos below of immediately after chemical peel where my skin had zero acne. The other photos are after receiving various treatments recommended by its a secret staff. Since then, I've spent hundreds of dollars trying to repair the damage. I'm now under the care of a dermatologist, taking prescription medication, and seeing a new aesthetician every two weeks just to get my skin back to a healthy baseline. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend It's a Secret Med Spa. I hope others carefully consider their options and make sure they feel confident that any recommended treatments are truly tailored to their skin before committing to a membership or treatment plan.

She was rude and talked to me again like lam a stupid person. And lam not satisfied with them , that's it . Such a waste of time and it's ridiculous , so what is the point you asked me to call you .

Update: FYI: Customer service did not contact me and there…read moreis no private DM. Previously were very good. Now all new hires. Original: I got second degree burns from laser hair removal. I have bought LHR and clear and brilliant as well from them. I am afraid to go back for services - not only did the nurse aesthetician burn me, she brushed it off when I said it was a burn. I was given no immediate first aid (cold water to calm the burn. All they had were ice and hydrocortisone which are not appropriate for treating burns). And now making the cancel and refund process difficult.
