I also appreciated that this location was a standalone Sephora, not inside a Kohl's or another store. The first time I went, I was…read moreunable to receive service due to an issue that could have been spotted by a questionnaire in advance, obviating the need for me to drive there. The same thing happened the second time. The third time, I was given an iPad to fill out a form. I have a disability that makes it very difficult for me to type on an iPad or phone, so I asked for help with the form. The manager complained (in a very confrontational manner) that I did not fill out the form myself. I have never been treated that badly before or since. That manager is the only service person who has ever complained about my need for disability accommodations. When I suggested that all forms be sent to clients before the first visit, so problems could be noted and solved before clients had to drive to the studio, he became quite defensive. He showed no empathy. I have never been treated so badly by any service provider. I find it ironic that a manager at a school that teaches people to perform a service career would be so callous. My advice is that you consider driving up north to Austin's other laser school, where service is impeccable.

I had the good fortune of choosing Pearlescent Skincare for a long-overdue eyebrow wax, and I was incredibly pleased with my entire experience. The owner, Sarah Clark, is extremely knowledgeable and professional, as well as sweet as can be, and I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I made the appointment. The decor is comfortable and what I would expect for an upscale experience, and I was so happy with my eyebrow wax that I immediately called my best friend to tell her all about it. I have already made my next appointment for a custom facial, and I am also planning to buy my hubby a Gentleman's Facial (he's been good). To achieve my desired look, Sandy recommended using Restylane lyft and Restylane define. When injected into the hands, Restylane Lyft reduces the appearance of sagging skin, making the tendons and bones of the hand less visible.
