I was about to walk out when someone finally asked, in an extremely uncaring and dismissive tone, "How can I help you?" I explained that I had an appointment and was told to have a seat. Another five minutes went by, and still no one checked on me. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was when two women of a different race walked in afterward. Multiple nail technicians immediately greeted them and welcomed them, while I continued to sit there completely ignored. I felt embarrassed, disrespected, and unwelcome. Whether intentional or not, the difference in how I was treated compared to the customers who came in after me was extremely noticeable and upsetting. I ultimately left without receiving my service. If you book an appointment, the least you should expect is to be acknowledged and treated with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
