Very sad that I was taken advantage of by what I thought was a trustworthy jewelry company. Go somewhere else, go to someone you know and trust, map it out visually with the jeweler before you leave your precious jewelry to anyone. I learned my lesson.

In a few days we were looking at a 3D model of that very ring and in a few weeks my Fiancé was wearing her dream. We were both ecstatic with the ring and interaction with the staff.
