I think that speaks volumes about the status of this mall. I have not been to the new winners since it moved to outside the mall, or the Costco. Apparently they are both pretty nice.

This isn't the smallest mall I've been to and it's not the dingiest but when a quarter to a third of your stores have left then it's time to come up with a way to revive this place! I mean it's bare in terms of stores and in terms of people coming here. Besides the 2 phone stores in the mall, a smallish Winners and Peoples Jeweler there really isn't anything else in this mall that isn't tacky or a ghetto version of a chain store. It's quiet and peaceful, UB polluted with too many stores or a loud food court that people would want to go to. Auntie Annie's smells like a cinnamon/olive oil infuser, which could be worse...! If you're looking for an indoor place to get your steps in without being disrupted by people or stores or silliness like that, this mall gets 10 stars!

Best Buy, Target, PetsMart, Yankee Candle, Home Depot, Golf Galaxy, Hallmark, Nordstrom Rack, GNC, Ulta Beauty Supply and shoe stores and clothing stores and Christmas stores and on and on.. y'all get the point. I started coming here because of PetsMart. Then because of PetsMart and Target. Then PetsMart and Target and Supercuts. Then Petsmart and Target and Supercuts and GNC... and you know, then chipotle and Panera ... then Best Buy... then the fact that it's one stop light down the road from the Delta Sonic car wash that I have unlimited membership at... which is right across the street from the Boulevard Mall which has the Bath and Bodyworks I get my wallflower plug ins at... bottom line, this entire area is kinda a one stop shop place for your needs. Oh and there's a Dicks one block away too... and that's where they need to stay, cuz they're Dicks ...

There are plenty of other stores: restaurants, ice cream, banks, Bulk Barn, Goodwill, etc. None of stores are huge because they are located across the street at huge "The Pen" shopping mall. All stores have outdoor entrances; ie, they are not enclosed in a large mall building. The business hours are reasonable for St. Catharines. There are two entrances to the mall, at the east and west ends. There has always been enough parking, including accessible spots, in the mall. 95% of the time, I've been there on a Sat or Sun. There's a Dollar Tree on the side near Trader Joes (across the street). There is a Corner Bakery Café right on the NFB side as well. Just down from Orangetheory is a weight watchers location, seems to get very busy on occasion. A newer place is Amherst Buffet, not sure what it replaced. Moes is on the other side of the Corner Bakery Café. Outback steakhouse is always busy here. Lots of easy parking here makes this Plaza easy.

This company is a big skam I went in to get feminine hygiene products and they charge me $14.99 but…read morewhen received them it said $6.99 on the box when I went back, they told me that the real price was $14.99 and they slapped a fake sticker on there. Do not go there and then they have the audacity to yell at me about wrong price. Also, during the same transaction I bought an ice cream which said $3.29 on the label they tried to charge me $5.99 for it. And argued with me when I told them it was the wrong price.
