After visiting several of the mall chain jewelers, I decided to give Brian Michaels a visit. I was expecting a charming staff but an underwhelming inventory. I was only half right. Their selection of engagement rings (and other jewelry too) really blew me away- they have a huge, beautiful showroom and really have any style you could be looking for. Even better, every employee that I dealt with truly went above and beyond to serve me. They spent hours looking over rings and diamonds with me until I found a combo that I knew my fiancee would love. They did everything in their power to get the ring ready in time for my proposal despite some special circumstances, and they got the job done. The ring came out beautiful! They also give you a very nice little gift bag of goodies along with your finished ring. After the fact, we had to revisit because the ring came out just a little too big (my fault, not theirs). They consulted us on the best options for fixing the problem, and they got it fixed within an hour so that my fiancee didn't have to go a day without her ring. Really, from start to finish, it was an extremely enjoyable experience. There might be cheaper places out there, but I haven't experienced any other jewelers that'll value you and treat you as well as Brian Michaels will. Since buying an engagement ring is a huge decision and can be a little stressful, I highly recommend them! read more

I just realized that I never got around to reviewing this place! I went here to find a wedding band after I got engaged last year. My fiance proposed with a ring that was beautiful but unusually shaped, and after having tried and failed to find a band that looked good with it at several other stores I was almost in despair. However, Bryan Michaels had a great selection of bands, and I was able to find the right one almost right away. I had it customized to fit securely next to the ring, and they were able to take my vague explanation of what I wanted and turn it into a beautiful, durable product. I would like to thank Brian Michaels Jewelers for their great customer service. Less than one week before my daughter's 30th birthday her celebratory trip to Puerto Rico was cancelled due to coronavirus. My plan was to join her as a "surprise". I recently visited their showroom to drop off a flier for a cancer benefit I was having. I was pleasantly surprised with the return call I received letting me know that they would like to help our benefit with a donation for our basket raffle. I went to BMJ because I needed to decide to either repair my wedding ring or purchase a new set. I spent a long time there going back and forth and every step of the way the entire staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This is my favorite jewelry store!! But the prices are extremely to high and when u try to go and resale your jewelry they only give way less then u paid for it. I brought a ring for $900 try to resale it back to Brian & Micheals they only tried to give me under a a hundred dollars. But i can atleast say why do i love brain, i love they engagement rings and unique quality of jewelry if they didn't have those 2 things.
